I’ve had such a positive experience at the Public Storage location on Sheldon Street in Sun Valley, thanks to the incredible customer service from Rose and Oscar. From day one, they’ve been consistently helpful, knowledgeable, and professional.
Rose is a gem—always patient, quick to answer questions, and clearly knows the ins and outs of the facility. Oscar is equally impressive, with a calm, confident approach that makes the whole process feel easy and stress-free.
Whether it’s helping with unit options, explaining policies, or just being available when you need support, they go above and beyond. It’s rare to find a team that genuinely cares about their customers, and this location absolutely delivers.
Highly recommend this Public Storage if you want peace of mind and top-notch service. Rose and Oscar make it a five-star experience every time!
