They treat their old customer like crap. Once your original lease is over they want to charge you above market price. So you have no choice but to move from one unit to the next.

I went to this public storage to take a look at the property to make sure I want to rent a unit their. Customer service from Karina was excellent she took the time to represent the property and all the security features. I will definitely go back this week to rent my unit. Her customer service convinced me and made me feel safe to rent. She deserves the 5 stars!

Wow, I am speechless. This location is the one to choose when it comes to placing your livelihood in a rental unit. It is the total package. I can't say enough about the personal touch and caring attitude that I received when I called in concerned about my up coming storage bills and got Karina. What a blessing. In a heart bit ,she was able to search the system and provide me the relief that I needed. Her care and interest in helping me were very apparent and genuine. I am so grateful. My first encounter with her was 2 weeks a go when I was interested in renting another unit. Karina was the one who reached out to me to arrange my move-in and despite informing her of canceling my intent her attitude was awesome. I remember thinking how refreshing and lovely she was. Not the corporate , dry and remote vibe.
I have always appreciated this particular facility as it is always clean, organized, well maintained and definitely secure but to top it over with some one like Karina in the office it is truly a gift.
