I was having a screeching issue from my rear wheels on 2021 Sprinter Cargo. I thought it was a u-joint or drive train that was the problem but the technicians at Sprinter Expert were able to professionaly diagnose the issue as non-oem brake calipers and very worn out brake pads along with brake alignment spring that was missing from non-oem brake along with the heating that comes from the breaking is what was causing the screeching from the component on component contact. They were able to do a full inspection of my van ($150) to verify rest of the vehicle's integrity and reported that nothing was the issue and rest was structurally sound. They replaced my old components with new oem brake calipers ($180 for each) and new brakes pads ($300 total for both) for both rear wheels. So total labor and parts $810 but came in at 3:10 pm and walked out with a fixed van at 6:00 pm . Also here's the thing, their labor and pricing is fair and they are extremely skilled in their profession and accommodating into the closing hours and very efficient and quick with their repairs. Now, there is no more screeching sound what so ever. They expertly fixed the issue and the screeching sound is completely gone.

These guys know what they’re doing, get it done faster than many others and charge a fair rate. Best mechanic for north LA area Sprinter services. Better work and better price than most others. I’ve been there 3 or 4 times over the years and every time I’m back on the road same day.

Anatoli saved my babies. Listen I’ve had not slept since last night because my dog and cat got stuck in the sprinter van. We were already on a roadtrip for a month so as soon as we got home everything jammed.I called Montebello fire dept - they tried but were frustrating and useless.Mercedes tried to charge me $300 / hr to just “see what they could do.”Anatoli & team opened the right sliding door within ONLY FIVE - I repeat | 5 | FIVE minutes of being there. FIVE. He is not lying when he says they are EXPERTS. THEY ARE EXPERTS AND ANGELS.(Please note we did stay an hr because he had to make sure other doors worked everyone’s experience will be different.)HAPPY NEW YEAR ANATOLI & TEAM !! THANK YOU !!!!

Had a client that needed an engine shipped to this shop, the shop installed a brand-new engine & started it without coolant, & refuses to communicate with the client who has the van, & my company when they are asked for documentation & information in regard to a ""warranty" claim that the engine is spitting exhaust out of the Coolant orifices. Well, if an engine is started without coolant & those holes are left open, then you are forcing the air to escape there, as that is common engine sense. As a shop called Sprinter Expert, you should know not to have a brand-new engine started without coolant, and there was gasket sealer used on a vacuum pump that a gasket is available for. Due to misuse of gasket sealer to add to the starting with no coolant, they misled the client to believe he had a failed engine, when he in fact had a failed install instead. When the previous engine failed for cooling issues, & you start a new engine without coolant, you are repeating a scenario that is costly to the client who owns the van. With videos proving the starting break in was performed without coolant & receiving only partial engine & parts back for warranty assessment, parts were missing and removed before shipment. Sprinter Expert misled the client & has provided a sour experience that should not affect the business of others. All engines are tested before shipment on a dyno & shipped after completed.
