I am coming up on my year lease. They say they are affordable housing and yet my rent is higher than average for the area and well above the median income. My rent increase is $137 a month. They are attempting to lock me into another after telling me I'd be month to month. They are also attempting to make me pay that rent increase one month earlier than my lease ends. Stay away from this place. It is not affordable housing and you'll pay higher rent.Look at the date of the reviews. The good ones are from years ago. The bad ones have been gaining strength in the present.

Place was decent until the constant barking from this one dog in the neighborhood could be heard. Can’t even get a good amount of sleep without being woken up early in the morning by the nonstop barking, been going on for months, every day. Owner doesn’t seem to do anything about it, and another neighbor talked to me about the incessant barking troubling them as well, so there must be plenty of others in the area who can’t stand it either. Others who own dogs here actually take care of their pets and train them not to bark from what I’ve seen, all but one who is the owner of this poor dog. If you want to live in a place that perfectly captures the essence of a dog pound in you-know-where, come live here, you won’t be disappointed. But seriously, if you actually plan to move here, pray you don’t get an apartment near this dog.Update: Water cut off mid-shower, had to rinse off using water bottles. We weren’t notified or anything. Yapping from the poor dog continues, and another joined in on the yapping fun! How great!
