The address takes you to a empty parking lot with no Sign for U-HAUL then after searching walking around for half an hour finally you find a 98c like store in front who the owner Is bad tempered and rude plus the truck suppose to have half an tank instead it had 1/18 and once I told the store owner he said : "yes it gets stolen I don't have cameras on the back and it's not my problem" ! I prefer U-HAUL stores compared to a empty parking spot !

Very unprofessionals front desk, although we booked it online they asked for passport, cars was full of trash and all dents and scratches. Spent half an hour for pick up.

We've used this place twice. It's pretty good. Clean. There were two pretty young ladies running the place. Both friendly and professional. We went to rent a van for a few hours. It took a long time to drive away. 50 questions. Where are you going? How long? etc. But I think this is standard for U-Haul. It takes forever. The pricing was fair, the place clean and organized. Easy check in. I'll continue to use this place in the future.
