Arrived @ 0930. Gio (I might be spelling her name wrong) walked up, apologized for being a couple minutes late (seriously not a big deal at all) she was awesome! Helped me quickly, answered all my questions and not only took care of me also roughly 7 other people. Helping with the self-service kiosks, printing labels/papers, hectic place to run by herself first thing in the morning. Much props to her for opening and helping out so fast. A++ Employee.

The attendant in the front was very nice and very friendly to take my return items. She was very polite and appreciative.

This place is a joke there is a young lady in there refused to take my Amazon drop off saying it’s full. She noticed I was carrying a big box and was not willing to help instead she said the store is full when I can clearly see they have room. She made me carry the box back to my car that was definitely not cool. Why stay open when u can’t take packages that’s what ups does. It was 1/25/2025 at 5:10. I rushed it over there to get there before 5:30 and the refused to help.
So I went back today 1/27 6:52 Ethan and gio working again. Today they said Amazon down and they can help me. What is going on is there some type of issue or discrimination?

Arrived at 5:15pm to make Amazon returns and was turned away. The excuse, their rack for Amazon packages an tomorrow they were closed, plus they weren’t allowed to keep Amazon returns in the front. Total BS! Amazon’s fault also for only allowing returns for these products at UPS stores.

Staff was friendly but I shipped two simple things, a hoodie and a laminated parking pass. They lost the parking pass and you have no recourse if you didn’t pay for the insurance. Didn’t think I would need insurance to ship a hoodie and a piece of laminated paper 40 minutes away to Thousand Oaks. When I called I was on hold for 20 min + which is ridiculous since this place is never that busy. Now I’m paying $100 to replace the pass.

I would like to complain one of the employees there. He’s a boy with a long hair and he’s about 4’8” tall and A RACIST. When we got there, my fiancé just asked him if he speaks Spanish so she could explain it well what does she wanted but that boy showed some attitude and he’s grumpy in front of us. He walked out and told his coworker to talk to us who looked like a white boy than him because he doesn’t wanna accommodate us. Well if he’s not happy with his work, he can resign and stay at home
