“I had my original auto body work done on my 2022 Lexus IS350 at the Fix Auto Cathedral City. So, about a month after getting my car back some of the clasps had come off. Needless to say I was not happy, but the Fix Auto Montrose fixed the mistakes in about an hour and saved me from having to drive two hour there and two back. AND, on top of it they did it for free. Glad to be at a MINI only dealership again because the dual BMW/MINI dealerships treat MINI owners as if we’re the burdensome bastard-child or something. Felt that way at Bob Smith and South Bay which are dual dealerships.
The porters/valets here at Universal MINI are always friendly with a smile which sets the tone for each visit.
The service guys Jorge, Jose & Mario are always fun to interact and joke with when I’m there for service and great when answering any questions or concerns I may have. Can’t recall a time when I’ve visited and one of us says something to have the service office cracking up laughing.
Oh and the parts dept guy George upstairs is always cool to hangout with and shoot the breeze while waiting for my car. He helps to make the wait time go by faster and I get to learn about which MINI’s are prone to this or that happening the most. I happy with this dealership and have had no problems.”
“We had a very good experience with Auto Aid Collision after an auto accident that totaled our car 400 miles from our home. We had no idea where to have the car towed, so it was a life saver that they handled it. They arranged a quick tow and storage of our car until the insurance company was able to remove it. They stayed late for us when they got word that we needed help and would be arriving after their normal closing time. Special thanks to Jenny who was so calming and reassuring to us. And thanks to Alex who helped get us there and to our destination once our car was towed to the shop.”
