“Jose C was a great worker. He was really sweet to us and explained how the memberships worked very clearly. He was very jokeful and genuine. I hope he gets recognized for the good worker he is, made our day just by his caring and genuine attitude.”
“Best car washes ever! I have a few cars that Jose washes bi weekly and honestly, the attention to detail that he puts into his service is impeccable and unbeatable. I have used him for the past 2 years and have been happy with every time. Thank you Jose!”
“Customer service was phenomenal. It was my first time here. I was greeted at the gate. Informed of all services offered. And I was in and out in a flash. Environment was clean, and beautiful. I recommend this place all year long.”

“James always does fantastic job on our cars. He is friendly and gets back promptly. Very happy with details and would highly recommend to friends, and colleague. He is also very knowledgeable, & honest.”
“Great job washing and cleaning up my very, very dirty car, and while waiting for it to be completed, enjoyed browsing in their fabulous gift shop with so many unique items I don’t see anywhere else. Thanks, Fashion Square car wash!”
“Absolutely the best self-serve car wash. Everything works perfectly — strong pressure, plenty of soap, clean bays, and well-kept equipment. The vacuums powerful too, which is rare.
They recently added music, and it makes the whole experience so much better. It gives the wash a fun, upbeat vibe while you're cleaning your car.
If you want a self-serve wash that's reliable and actually enjoyable to use, this is the spot. Highly recommend.”
“A really great drive-through all school car wash with incredibly powerful vacuums in covered bays … still very reasonably priced compared to other places. I do my own wipe down and vacuum as it is mostly self serve but they offer great wipe down services after you come out of the wash.!”
“Eddie did a great job! The interior looks brand new, not bad for a 15 year old car!Very fast to get the job done too. Highly recommend hiring him to get your car detailed!”
“I love sparkling image for my personal car wash! Always treat me and my car with respect and care. Their prices are reasonable. The employees are in a happy helpful mood. Pedro especially made my visit the last time. He listened to what my cleaning suggestions I had. And executed and also helped me choose the right car wash that would suit what I needed. A special thanks to Pedro. My guy needs a promotion there. And all the others guys that work there. Happy customer 🤍”

“Excellent service from start to finish! They took their time to make sure my car looked its best, and the results exceeded my expectations. It's refreshing to find a business that truly takes pride in their work. Highly recommend!”
“Excellent self-service car wash! The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and easy to use. The equipment works great, the water pressure is strong, and there are plenty of wash options to get your car looking spotless. I also appreciate how convenient and affordable it is. My car always comes out looking amazing. Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a quality car wash experience!”
“They did an incredible job getting all the stains out of my seats and making the interior look brand new. Also were very communicative and helpful. Would %1000 recommend this place.”

“A very friendly worker named Sonny helped me today. He was informative, attentive, and made the experience of self service clear about how the system worked in regards of the tap to pay system. Sonny kept the lines in check. I truly appreciated his help. I enjoyed the ease of being able to do this all with card.”
“Been going here for a number of years. And yes, I must admit that the prices have gone up for a self-service car wash but taking into consideration the location along with knowing that you can safely wash your car or truck for that matter without wondering if you're gonna get robbed or worse becomes secondary. This location has 24 hr security surveillance and the area is still considered to be relatively safe. I even bumped into a celebrity once or twice who had chosen this spot to clean their ride. My only wish is that sometime soon, the owner would consider installing plastic curtains to prevent overspray on those who've already gotten their rides washed and are looking to get the heck outta there.”
“This car wash is one of the best in the San Fernando Valley! I come here almost every week and they always do the same great work. Right after your wash, which is very affordable, you can pull up to the vacuum stations for extra cost!”
“Went for the first time and was blown away by the clean my car got for $45! I brought it in pretty filthy, the interior hadnt been cleaned for over a year. Three staff were working on my car at once, and it came back spotless. I’m so impressed and will be coming back.”

“It's a pretty good car wash; I wash my car there regularly. Once, they had a problem with vacuuming, but after I pointed it out, they fixed it without any problems or extra charges.”
“Best place however there are times when it's packed and some people feel entitled to clean up and just stay in the wash bay until they finish. One time I was waiting. Amd the couple finished washing and had to wait 45 minutes. They were taking out all the trash they had, and even started to dry the car while many car while it was busy. But other than that easy and convenient”

“it's my first time. at this car wash .I was impressed with the coin machine takes dimes nickels. quarters. and cards . for being in a ruff kinda ares it was clean”
“Came here with a flat tire and I was quickly attended. I was out of there with a new tire before long. Great service! Just moved to the area so it’s nice to feel taken care of. Will definitely be coming back!”
“Good for the value , they do need to change oil filter and water softener. After my wash and vacuum pretty good 1.50 for a couple min.Anyway my wash car had alot of hard water stains from the water all over the car.”
“Great hand wash! I saw some of the reviews beforehand and honestly wondered how this place could be so bad. Well... it’s not.
Service was fast enough; they’re busy, and clearly for a reason. I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews, but a lot of the complaints seem pretty off base and out of touch. It’s a hand car wash. It’s going to take some time. This isn’t a drive through or some automated car wash, these guys are actually out there working on your car. What do you expect?
Car came out clean, everyone was friendly, and there’s both indoor and outdoor seating while you wait. Is it some luxury car spa (for what I paid)? No. 😂 It’s a good hand car wash that gets the job done.
Honestly, can’t ask for much more. I’ll be back.”
“The way this guys gonna clean your car for 20$ wash it’s insane. You won’t get better service for this money. We had some misunderstandings about oil change, guy who’s changed my oil put me wrong oil but management resolved this problem. Totally recommend this place.
“Don’t forget to tip them, they doing great job””

“Best Best Best! Ya'll just come in here with extremely dirty cars and are quick to complain. I've seen the messes that come here on the regular and what they're able to accomplish when costumers comply with what they recommend. Ive also seen absolute cesspools pull into line and only request a regular car wash and expect a miracle to happen. Y'all don't wash your car for 6 months and expect a $20.00 car wash to solve half a year spilled messes and caked on grime. It's water, soap and elbow grease. Not Jesus. Love this place and they will love you back. Trust me.”
“Great customer service and they do such a great job with cleaning my car! I look forward going there to get my car washed, the management is very well organized and they take great care of their customers.”

“This place, for now, still allows 24/7 access for washing your car and has not been restricted as the one on Balboa and Devonshire has.
There is plenty of room here behind the washing bays for everyone to finish drying their vehicles without feeling over crowded during busy times.
Also the ice machine gives a nice full bag of ice at this location, for a great price too. Can't beat 20 pounds for 3 bucks!”

“I was looking for a car wash like this for a long time!!! Finally!!! It’s just amazing!!! Great quality car wash, fast and easy with helpful and professional team! It’s even fun for kids!”
“WARNING! God help you if you accidentally pull your car in the “wrong way.” At first I thought an angry, high unhoused person was about to attack me, this guy was so furious he was spitting, threatening to turn the pump off if I didn’t turn my car around. Sure enough, he turned it off. Definitely high, seems to work there, not sure about anything else but he’s very angry with me for being unable to read signs I can’t find. Five stars for a good morning cortisol spike to wake me up. Don’t be like me, this is a one way wash!!! After reading other reviews I expect to have paid about $40 for the experience, though angry man assured me it’ll be $1.”
