Group class teachers for Zumba Emily on Tuesday 7pm & Sunday 11am, U-Jam Fitness Rossy on Monday & Wednesday 7:30pm, Bodycombat on Thursday 7pm are fantastic and fun deserving 10 out of 10. They welcome students at any levels but management provides a short 1-month notice to close this location without offering their classes at a nearby branch. That sucks. So many people in class join 24 Hours because of these good teachers. If management doesn't address these concerns, I might consider canceling my membership.

My Silver Sneaker coach Christina is the best coach I’ve ever had. She knows what we need. She knows how to motivate us and keep us coming every time. She is a great asset of the 24 Hours.

This is one of my favorite 24 hr gym so far. It’s very quiet, a lot of free equipment you can use without waiting for other to finish. No peak hours. This is perfect for gymbros and ppl who like quite and focused workouts

Christina is an invaluable instructor, guiding all her students with proper form and encouragement while adding in fun. It's difficult to get into her Silver Sneakers class, yet I'm thankful that there are sessions at this location twice a week to assist with our strength and mobility.

Excellent classes and great facility and staff. Silver Sneakers with Christina and Yoga with Sonia are awesome workouts and key to my health regime, along with weights and the swimming pool and spa and sauna! 👍

The main reason we come here is to attend Silver Sneakers program. The instructor, Christina, is very experienced and dedicated! The class has been very popular and difficult to sign up.
However, the facility needs some improvements: poor air circulation, floor in the Group Exercise room needs cleaning more frequently, several equipment under services....

I love Christina’s Silver Sneakers class. She’s a dedicated and motivating instructor who always encourages us to give our best. Her classes are engaging and fun, which keeps us motivated throughout. By the end of each session, we all feel accomplished and energized.
