I needed an assessment of the damages to my new Hyundai Tucson Hybrid after being hit by another driver at a low impact. I reached out to Active Auto Body through their website and was promptly contacted by Maria to schedule an appointment. I was able to get in the very next day. Upon arrival, Joe assessed the damages to my wheel cladding and thoroughly explained the areas needing repair.
Within an hour, Joe submitted a quote to both me and my insurance company. In less than 24 hours, the quote was approved, and the necessary materials were ordered. The repair, which involved buffing out my tire rim off-site, took approximately two days. I couldn’t be happier with the final result.
The communication and follow-through at Active Auto Body were exceptional. From my initial contact with Maria to the detailed repair estimate from Joe, the entire process was seamless. I highly recommend Active Auto Body for their professionalism and efficiency.

Went to the store to get my front fender fixed. The technician did it very fast and didn’t charge me anything since it was a temporary fix. Whereas, other body shops were quoting me 650$ just for the temporary fix

Every step of the process was explained very well and each person I was in contact with made sure I understood everything, and answered my questions without any hesitation. It was an extremely nice, easy , and fast process with friendly, helpful people. I’m very pleased with the repairs they made on my vehicle. It looks brand new! I would highly recommend Active Auto.

I have a 2024 Chevy Trax and someone not so bright in a Tesla decided to force their way into my lane scraping the paint off of my new car. They’re insurance paid for my vehicle to get fixed. I chose the repair auto body shop and let me tell you I was not disappointed, they squeezed me in right before Thanksgiving was on top of all phone calls. Text messages. Emails in regards to my vehicle returned it in a timely manner just a couple of days sooner than expected. I was very pleased. You could never tell that there was any paint scraped off the bumper. I would definitely highly recommend this auto body shop.

Active Auto Parts was referred to us from someone who owns high performance cars and works in the tech side of the car industry. BUT I took my little FJ in and I was treated with such respect. They did the work timely, even with parts having to ordered and it looks amazing. I am so happy with the finished product. The price was also lower than other bids I got!

I highly recommend Active Body! They did an excellent job repairing my 2024 Mercedes and fixed the scratches on both the front and back bumpers. The work was completed on time and at the exact rate they quoted, which I really appreciated. The staff was also super friendly and made the whole process easy. Great service! The body repair was excellent and so was the communication. They handled all the billing and communication with my insurance company. All I had to do was drop the car off and give them the claim number. I would definitely come back to this shop in the future.
