I'm on a mission to check out every movie theater in the South Bay and Peninsula and this one is quickly becoming one of my favorites. It was a lot cleaner and updated than other nearby theaters. They have over 10 theaters and offer such a great selection of types of movies. I can count on this location to have Indian movies when they came out too!

DO NOT ORDER FOOD HERECheck out the other one star reviews, this is a common experience. There's a good chance your food will never be delivered even if you go back to the counter to remind them.My Experience: I ordered dinner at the theater and after 30 minutes it never showed up. I left the theater during my movie to ask what was going on, waited in line for 10 minutes and when I asked they assured me it would be out soon. I noticed they didn't type anything into the machine, write anything down or pass any messages to the kitchen. 30 minutes later I left the movie again asking where my food was to the same person at the counter. They didn't remember me and I guess they never re-requested my food from the kitchen. A manager was nearby and assured me I'd get my food within 15 minutes. THE FOOD NEVER ARRIVED. After the movie I went to the same worker and manager requesting a refund. They simply refunded me for the items I had ordered, nothing extra for sitting through a movie I planned on eating dinner during missing 20 minutes asking where my food is. Terrible service.

Nice little theater. Short lines at the concession stand. Parking available in the garage behind it and it's close to the train. Concessions are always good. Fresh. I like the delivery to seat option, though I've had some mess ups and I've had to go back to the counter to fix so that's a bummer. Needs more variety, but I suppose that's up to whatever comes out. This is probably my biggest gripe. Some movies that seem hot will be gone in 2 weeks, yet one movie I swear was in the theater for 2+ months. The theater in Santa Clara has a few more screens and some better variety but it's another 15 or so minutes away so not worth it for me. Stubs program is a good value but I definitely do not have time nor do I see enough good movies out to see 3/week, but I might see 2-4 a month - still good enough to keep. Stubs app needs to be able to let you switch seats. Once I sat on the end but next to a vent and the whirring was maddening. I didn't want to go to another seat that someone could still buy so I had to go to the counter to fix. Took 10+ minutes out of the movie :-(

Very clean and nice theater and lobby. We bought the tickets at the kiosk a few weeks beforehand because if we buy online, we are charged a convenience fee. We watch the movies and buy food/snacks/drinks on the second floor. There's also alcoholic drink sold. Only unattended kiosks are on the first floor. We arrived 30 minutes before the show and ordered the Royal Bacon Brie burger, Chicken Patty Melt, and Churro. All pretty good. Both entrees came with fries and can be substituted with tots or onion rings for a dollar more. The food was delivered in 20 - 30 minutes.Overall, it's a great theater.

Have been going here for the last year to use my A-list pass. If you aren’t in the IMAX or Dolby Auditorium (1 or 2) you are better off watching at home. They have a widespread sound issue in all of the theaters and it’s very obvious none of the side speakers are turned on making movies bizarrely quiet and other theater patrons much disruptive to the movie. This is juxtaposed to the IMAX and Dolby auditorium that arguably have sound set too high (triggers most people’s watches with a sound warning which it shouldnt). The seating in the premiere auditoriums is also objectively worse than the standard ones (no heaters and much narrower seats with zero room for anyone to pass in front, on top of seats that don’t actually recline and are more like a folding beach chair). It’s pretty obvious this theater operates a ghost crew exclusively and no one is in charge of anything. The ID checking for AMC passes is the only thing they care about but it slows down entry and is objectively pointless.

Pretty nice theatre, parking kinda stinks. But the theatre is good. Very large and clean. Found the eras tour movie stuff I wanted. The recliners in the theatre are great. I wouldn’t really trust the dine in feature. I went with a large group of people. Two people ordered food and was told it would be delivered to their seats. Well it was brought to the correct theatre. But the staff went to two wrong empty seats and saw nobody and brought the food back to the kitchen. We assumed it was for someone else who hadn’t made it in yet. Nope it was hers, so they had to go ask for refunds after the film. So I’d stick to basic snacks you can order at the snack counter and receive yourself.

I've been to a lot of movies theaters that have been newly renovated, but this one is super amazing as it has a heat option for your seats. The seats are very comfortable and clean. The staff is also super friendly. I came here to watch a movie, but I was a bit annoyed that you could hear sounds from the other theater. This is a bit odd,. considering you paid to watch and hear one movie experience. Hopefully they will manage this in the future.

I like this AMC. Easy parking, always clean, comfy recliner seats. There is also a bar in case you want to enjoy a drink or two during your movie. I've tried the food delivery to your swat a couple of times and I'll probably avoid it moving forward. It's not very timely and both times, my order was missing things.

We came here to attend the Silicon Valley Asian Pacific FilmFest to our aunt's film short and parking was easy as we parked in the Whole Foods parking lot next door to the theatre. There are kiosks to buy tickets and then you go upstairs and there is a large concession stand, a cocktail bar, drink section and the theatre has 12 rooms showing films and the seats inside are very comfy leather recliners with a tray and cup holder so you can sit back and relax during the show. Plus you can get free refill on your large popcorn! What's not to like???

Visited this place to watch a Bollywood movie. Loved the experience and the atmosphere. Booking was done online and we selected our seats. Arrived 10-15 mins earlier than the show time. Since it's a new theater, it was all clean and very bright. Our seats were reclining and the theater was huge. They had good amount of food and drinks options. There was a bar area also. There was parking structure next to the theater, which was huge. Overall a great experience, will visit sometime again.

This has got to be one of the best theaters in San Jose The seats are very good they got heaters on seats. Bathrooms are very clean and pristine. Cannot say much things about the screen's theorem pretty much average sized apart from the IMAX.

I really like the rooms and the fact they offer food (not just snacks) delivered directly to your seat. The only issue I see (one star less) is that the food always arrived late for me, either at the end of the trailers or (once) after the movie had already started (really disappointing)! The app says you're going to receive a text message when the food is on its way to your seat, but I always receive the message a long time before the food is actually ready (sometimes even receive it before arriving in the theater).

I was excited to go to the movies today since I haven't gone in 4 years after having two kids. My experience was not personal at all. No one even greets you anymore, they just put you to a machine, just assuming you know how to use it. Then the soda was flat. We went to the imax movie... it was so loud, I have a huge headache now. Yes, I sound like I am 70... I am 35.... please for the love of God get someone to greet people when they come in with a smile. Also survey the guests when they come out of the imax theater on how loud it is. I feel people won't say anything and just not ever come back again. I would of complained to the manager, but they only have machines now, so I better write it on here....

Wow, I have not been to many movies for quite some years. I came here to see Barbie. The seats are great, the sound is impressive, and the theaters themselves are a bit smaller than years ago. It allows for more screens, more seat, and more viewers I'm sure. It was a great experience though. I believe you can even order food and have it brought to your chair. Very fancy!
