“Laasya Art Gallery is truly a gem. The paintings are beautiful, plus it's a lovely space to hang out and admire the art. I had some Indian paintings which I wanted to sell. Sonia, the owner of Laasya, was ever so helpful in getting appraisals and coordinating the sale with all the paperwork. I highly recommend Laasya Art Gallery, you will not be disappointed.”
“What a very lovely little cafe. I walked here from the Hyundai dealership to wait while my car was being serviced and it was a lovely place to spend the time.
The cafe interior is very pleasant, with art displayed along one wall and on the other wall is a selection of tchotchkes for sale, board games and other distractions for customers' use. Seating is great - there's plenty of it, with a mix of 2-person and 4-person options.
Avocado-Toast is my go-to morning food in cafes like this, so that's what I ordered. While it was very well presented, it just wasn't to my taste. The toast was too dry and hard for my liking; I feel like it was pre-toasted, not done when I ordered it. I also didn't love the contrast of the pickled onions with the avocado. But I acknowledge that another person might totally love it.
I also had a latte which was beautifully presented and delicious.
Will I come back to The Tamper Room next time I'm waiting for my car? For sure! I look forward to trying some of the other lovely food options.”
“What an amazing little theater! View and acoustics were very good. The grounds around the Villa are amazing. Great for a little hike/exploration before the show. It helps that the show we saw was very good, but I have to say the staff and volunteers were super nice and friendly.
We are definitively coming back again!”
