Communicative, friendly, speedy, helpful, and concise. My adjuster was Helen and she was sooo nice! She went over all the details with me, and I even got my car back before the weekend. From start to finish, she provided top-notch customer service and made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. She listened to my concerns and provided clear and timely updates.
