Coconut Hill Indian Grocery is a highly recommended store in the Bay Area known for its extensive selection of South Indian groceries. It offers fresh greens, vegetables, and locally sourced goat meat and seafood, which arrive weekly from India. The store features a variety of traditional South Indian spices and food items, including brands that are hard to find elsewhere, such as certain oils and pickles. Recently, a snack counter was added for evening treats, adding to the store’s lively atmosphere. Customers appreciate the wide options for ready-made foods, frozen items for South Indian and Kerala dishes, and fresh produce like banana leaves and unique fruits. The store is well-stocked with vegetables, Indian brand foods, fish, and mutton, all packaged well. Located conveniently near public transit, it’s a popular spot despite limited parking, which can be managed by parking closer to El Camino Real and walking in. With friendly staff and a variety representing all Indian states, Coconut Hill is considered a must-visit for Indian grocery needs.

I visited this store for the first time on my friend's recommendation. Frankly (at least to me) there wasn't anything that stood out. It's a standard Indian grocery store. The only reason I'm not rating 5 stars is because the Indian fruits selection was very thin
