After having made an online payment on reaching the pharmacy and providing the confirmation email, the pharmacist made us pay again for one of the medicines stating that the payment did not show up on her system. The confirmation email from cvs did show that the payment was made. But she was not interested in that and insisted that we pay for it again, if we were to get the medicine. Later we called up the customer care. They weren't helpful either. They redirected us to another department. On one hand it is not worth my time to pursue this (to get back few dollars) and on the other hand I am unhappy about how unhelpful the pharmacist was and it feels like CVS is ripping off money. I wonder if they have a very organized way of making such failures every once in a while and make money at scale since most of us won't spend the time to get back the few $ lost.

Today, my visit was quick and easy very pleasant. Even though today it was busy with Customers buying last minute Mother’s Day gifts very busy, but I was taking care of very well. Thank you so much.

Pharmacy staff is always helpful to make sure I have my prescriptions they make sure I have a little wait time and get my medication fast with friendly service.

My family and I have done business with this CVS location for more years than I can remember. Everyone there on staff or the pharmacy team have always been friendly, efficient and helpful. There are other pharmacies closer to home, but we would never consider going anywhere else.

I’ve been shopping at this CVS pharmacy for several years now. I have always found the pharmacist and all the personnel behind the counter to be friendly, informative, personable, and have gone out of their way to help me at times of need. I know many of them on a first name basis and will continue to shop here, because of their attentive nature and assistance. I highly recommend working with all the folks here I will continue to do some myself for years to come.

I came in for prescriptions my doctor sent me. When I got it I asked them if it was at all possible for them to give the ointments with the furthest expiration date since I knew I wouldnt have insurance coverage for a while. They were super busy but they still helped me out. Then when I saw the packages I saw that insurance hadn't covered it so I told them my insurance changed. Initially the lady said they're no longer contracted with them but walgreens is. I was on my way to walgreens but the lady called me and said that they ended up still being contracted. She ran one up and saw the correct copay and told me to come back. Even though some things could have been prevented, they were super busy and still tried to help me out. Not everyone had to accommodate my requests but they did.

The doctor was super discriminative, unfair, and unprofessional. We scheduled an appointment at the CVS clinics, waited 1h+, and the doctor canceled our appointment right in front of us, simply because the staff doesn't like us. The other people in the store expressed their support but could help with nothing. This doctor/nurse, she doesn't care about anything other than her own feelings. We demand that the store fire this doctor/nurse for her ruthless actions.

My doctor sent 3 prescriptions to this pharmacy. They filled one. I called to ask why they didn't fill the others, they left me on hold for more than 20 minutes and then immediately hung up on me. I called back, they did it again. Customer service does not exist at this pharmacy. I'd recommend any place other than this one. If my insurance didn't require I go here, I would never set foot in that store.
