I came in for prescriptions my doctor sent me. When I got it I asked them if it was at all possible for them to give the ointments with the furthest expiration date since I knew I wouldnt have insurance coverage for a while. They were super busy but they still helped me out. Then when I saw the packages I saw that insurance hadn't covered it so I told them my insurance changed. Initially the lady said they're no longer contracted with them but walgreens is. I was on my way to walgreens but the lady called me and said that they ended up still being contracted. She ran one up and saw the correct copay and told me to come back. Even though some things could have been prevented, they were super busy and still tried to help me out. Not everyone had to accommodate my requests but they did.

The doctor was super discriminative, unfair, and unprofessional. We scheduled an appointment at the CVS clinics, waited 1h+, and the doctor canceled our appointment right in front of us, simply because the staff doesn't like us. The other people in the store expressed their support but could help with nothing. This doctor/nurse, she doesn't care about anything other than her own feelings. We demand that the store fire this doctor/nurse for her ruthless actions.

My doctor sent 3 prescriptions to this pharmacy. They filled one. I called to ask why they didn't fill the others, they left me on hold for more than 20 minutes and then immediately hung up on me. I called back, they did it again. Customer service does not exist at this pharmacy. I'd recommend any place other than this one. If my insurance didn't require I go here, I would never set foot in that store.

This is for the pharmacy. I refill a prescription every 90 days here and everytime I have issues getting this prescription refilled. Today whoever answered the phone was so rude they hung up on me when I was trying to figure out why they canceled my original order. They have no respect for anyone. They just abuse the customers especially if they know that the plan does not allow them to go to another pharmacy. I have reported this to the corporate office and they do not do anything either. I do not understand why it is okay for store employees to abuse customers.

Horrible customer service! I've used this pharmacy several times and have Carepass and have gotten prescriptions delivered multiple times in the past 2 years since moving to Sunnyvale. I came down with Covid and needed my paxlovid delivered. I spent 20 minutes on the phone updating my address with some idiot named Kim. She kept giving me my address from where I lived before I moved to Sunnyvale, and had several random phone numbers that were never my phone numbers! After that was all straightened out, I got a text confirming delivery was scheduled. A half hour later I got a text saying the delivery was "cancelled". Called back, pharmacy out to lunch Will never use them again!!

Horrible pharmacy customer service. One assistant asked "Can you hold a minute?" 36 minutes later I was still on hold.Don't trust them for COVID vaccine. Made my appointment a week in advance. The night before: I get a text canceling the appointment claiming they had no vaccine. They would not let me reschedule, claiming all appointments were filled. No one at the pharmacy seems to know what they are talking about.The employees need to be trained better before being allowed to answer the phone or schedule appointments.

They need to hire more cashiers because some customers take a long time. They don't know how to use a credit card. They're having issues with their gift card. They're counting pennies. They need to make a call to their bank. Waiting in line for 15 minutes while being next in line can be annoying.

Came here for COVID booster shot which I’ve made an appointment for. Arrived 10 mins prior as instructed, brought all the things required, also as instructed. Got helped by the lady behind the counter who was very polite and I was out the door before I know it. 10/10 service idk why all these people crying with their 1/5 reviews smh.

No hand sanitizer or pull whips million dollar companies and there not supplying hand sanitizer or hand whips and they people wonder why Covid is breaking out so bad !!!!!

The pharmacy is why I'm leaving a review, they are so understaffed it isn't funny, they have shortages in medicine (not their fault), but true miscommunication with their customers isn't ok. I was told by one person two medications would be available and within 15-20 minutes, 45 minutes later I finally go up to the counter because I'm thinking WTH is going on. I get one medication and am told to speak to the pharmacist again, coke to find out they don't have one in stock via tablet but they have it in capsule form. This almost enraged me because if they look at my past orders they'll see I've only ever gotten capsules. I had to leave without one of my prescriptions because she had to call my doctor and have the order changed. No previous pharmacist has had to call my doctor to change from tablet to capsule. I waited so long that I'm now running late for another appointment. I gave myself 1.5 hours and now I'm racing home to try and eat before I have to turn around again.Really bad communication skills with their pharmacy employees.

Super unorganized and they do not pick up the phone. Never seen anyone leave this pharmacy happy/satisfied. Submitted a prescription transfer online and I guess they just never fulfilled it.

I'm surprised these guys are more than a single star. Three pieces of medication being picked up, first pickup couldn't even find the name, consultation was able to confirm the name and asked for a 25min wait. 30 minutes later at the pickup window they only had 1 of three medications available, and clueless about the other two. Back to the consultation window, wasted another 15 minutes.... An hour later i still don't have all 3 medications. The staff is clueless, non understanding and lack an ounce of empathy. Definitely not a spot to be at after a sleepless night of fevers, chills and illness for a 3 year old. If you can't rely on your pharmacy to come through, they are not a pharmacy you should use.

Literally on hold for an hour and a half to transfer a prescription. The phone was never picked up. Even when I had corporate call for me they put that person on hold for so long she dropped MY CALL. Eventually was told there was only one person ahead of me in the call list. Twenty five minutes later, still nothing. Get your prescriptions somewhere else. This place is criminally negligent. Lost literally 2 hours of my life to this place.
