The pharmacy is completely incompetent. I have an injectable prescription with all the necessary needles and such on auto refill. The auto refill is never automatically refilled for some reason. Realizing this, I started requesting refills ahead of time. Two weeks and multiple phone calls is apparently still not enough for them to figure out how to sell some needles. They do not take your medication schedule seriously and may or may not actually fulfill your medications. I'm so tired of CVS treating medications like an Amazon order for some snacks where a day late doesn't matter. This is healthcare. Taking prescriptions on time matters and when a pharmacy lets you down, they are causing harm.

Lines have been much worse since they cut back the hours 10-6 M-Sat and now closed on Sunday and with Rite-Aid closed a block away does not help matters and the mandatory half hour break 1.30-2.00 pm pharmacy closed also add to the long lines.CVS prices for OTC over the counter items are really high. If you need basic medical items buy them at Safeway,Target or even Smart@Final has a decent selection and more reasonable prices.Not sure about the complaint about not being allowed to use the bathroom. It was awhile ago but asked upfront and they called for somebody in back to buzz me in.CVS has a good rewards program where each 10 scripts(perscriptions) you get$5 to spend with maximum of 100 scripts a year $50 limit.Agree with Roberta S regarding the comments about the former head pharmacist Olga V. very customer oriented which is very rare in Pharmacists.CVS1675 Hollenbeck Ave Sunnyvale, CA 94087

I can't believe that I was forced to use the self check out by the clerk. He did not suggest or offer the option, he stepped off behind the counter and walked me to the machine. I don't know what kind of store cvs is becoming or what kind of staff they are hiring. Can't believe it.

RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE - do yourself a favor DO NOT GO THERE!Especially if you're a person of color. The employee guy working on 9/10/23 PM (Caucasian or Latin guy ,short black hair, with bit of a belly showing) was the WORST experience I've had in ANY stores. He started an argument with me in the middle of my shopping . I was comparing my products the guy started following me and started yelling at me not to check on products and proceeded to have attitudes gestures while arguing. This was first time visiting this CVS location and was enjoying my shopping but left as I couldn't checkout the tons of products I already had in my basket since I was so disgusted with this naughty behavior from a man and employee.Please CVS fired this guy - a very disrespectful, unmannered, unprofessional and pretty sure but racist as well.Thanks in advance CVS to consider hiring in the future more kind and customer service well trained people especially for this location or other ones. Thank you.

Line up for pick up. 4 people waiting and then I get to front and only one of 2 prescriptions ready. They're out of oxy ER for my husband's broken hip. And that's my bad luck.

Why bother trying to call this store, they don't seem to think that calls are just important as a person physically waiting in line. My son needed a prescription filled and I called to make sure it was ready. I do not have the time to go to the store in person if his prescription was not ready. i did end up having to drive to the store as no one answered the phone. When I arrived, there were only two people in line. Is it that difficult to answer the phone with three employees working? I read that CVS is closing hundreds of stores which made me sad. However, I understand why customers are going elsewhere as the service is awful. Time to step up CVS before ALL your stores will close!

These folks have a small clinic, which may explain why their pharmacists are clinically idiotic.Terrible - at the most vulnerable time of one's life (during illness), this pharmacy and the pharmacists show zero sympathy. Their system is broken end to end. I hope CVS goes bankrupt and we, as patients, are provided with a more humane and streamlined solution to receiving our prescribed and essential drugs.

Staff is very unhelpful. I asked for a receipt and she said she would need to go upstairs to print a receipt. Really? In 2022? I bought a pair of cheap wireless ear buds but it was kept under lock and key. So I couldn't see the description and now it's a piece of junk that I can't be bothered to go and return, while waiting for the staff lady to go upstairs to print a receipt. Mostly this CVS store carries overpriced junk.

Had an appointment for a vaccine but also want to take Covid boaster together to save another trip. Called on the appointment day to check if booster is available but it turn out they don’t have it upon appointment. Disappointed for asking family to deliver vaccine card at last minute for something that is not available. They should make it clear or making notes if the patient had made call for confirmation.

This is an average CVS. Nothing special or good. They are not letting the customers using their restrooms. What a rotten thing to do. I changed my prescriptions to Safeway. For some old folks, they need to use the restrooms often and frequently. What a rotten decision by rotten management.

I had a medical procedure and needed a prescription, plus some meds. CVS was the only pharmacy to carry what I needed. Contactless delivery to our car trunk with contactless payment. Fast and efficient! A+.
