We have asked for a specific nike kids shoe to try on and the sales person never came back from the inventory.. after waiting for 15-20 mins i have asked another sales person and he said there is no order backside :/ .. reading at the other reviews looks like this is common in this store .. pretty disappointing never going to step in here again

Went for a pickup, terrible experience. The guy who has to do the pickup service refused to do it. Stood in the line and the person at the front desk asked us to stand on side while checking in and called the next people.Very rude even for a pickup can’t assume shopping in store.

When asked about merchandise for new SF WNBA team, they didn't plan to sell inside the store. I won't visit a store that doesn't support womens teams. So my last visit there. It is a nice store and nice staff.

Extremely pathetic, unprofessional and racist store. Please avoid at all costs. Went to get a bike for my daughter and we were just made to wait for half an hour when there were two associates in the bike area just chatting with each other and refused to make eye contact or acknowledge when we asked for help. Another white guy asked and they obliged immediately.
Told this at the front desk and got zero response. “Go and give feedback on Google & Yelp” was the stupid, ignorant response from front desk.

Gave me wrong show sizes. Gave me one shoe in 12 the right one a 10. Horrible service all the time. Will not be going back

Good selection of shoes, but way understaffed. Didn’t get helped for a long time and waited forever just to bring out a certain size.

Very disappointing service. There is a self service kiosk for shoes where you can search for the exact shoe you need with the size and an employee fetches it for you. I quite literally waited 35 mins for someone to attend to me despite only few other people being there. There was a very disinterested female attendant who would occasionally appear and mostly disappear in the back. Their inventory system is flawed and shows things as in stock when it's really not. Had to wait over an hour to purchase a pair of cleats depite knowing exactly what I wanted and just wanting to try them on for size. Just do your self a favour and go accross the street to REI.

The store is dodgy . Selling Yeti cooler without factory box and likely cola stains inside - at full price. The staff says it’s from the manufacture and never gonna get anything not like this. Bye. Rei is right across the street.

I had an online order to return and wanted to buy some leggings. I don't live nearby, it's a 30-minute drive. I will stick with Sports Basement! The store was clean and tidy. That's the best I can say about this in-store experience. I was waiting to be helped at the register and the gentleman at the register gruffly told me to go the a specific register. No problem. Lack of customer service skills was noticeable- no greeting, no excuse me when he left the register or helped a gentleman who brought up a cooler after me. Very interesting way to treat and ring up customers. No, thank you Dick's! I can go to Sports Basement and not get growled at!!!

Not sure if they had a skeleton staff or if it's standard. But Don't understand why it takes 30 minutes to pull some shoes. Had to wait 30 minutes just to try in the shoes then another 20 if I decided to purchase. No thanks.

I'm giving this store a 5 star review. The staff there are super nice and I have to give a big shout out to Cole. I believe he's the manager. If so, he does such an amazing job running the store with his positive attitude and heart warming welcoming inside the store. He's like the Mr. Rogers for dicks sporting good. This man will not let you down.He helped me replace my yeti water bottle. Long story short, the mouth piece was impossible to take off, so I got an exchange. He made sure I was satisfied with my yeti before I left. Sunnyvale store if you're reading this. Thank you so much!
