  Stores closes randomly, sometime at 5:30 PM, sometimes at 6:00 PM, even though the closing time Is 7 PM! This is extremely unprofessional!
  I would like to appeal to Edible Arrangements Sunnyvale branch Store owner to take some actions!
  I came 3 times to pick my order but no one was there to assist!

  The store is never open! Highly disappointed! Came here three times an hour before the listed close time and it was always closed with no staff! Terrible service! One time I called them before leaving and the staff member is like my manager tells me to leave sooner so I just close the store and leave early even if it is way before the close time. With no manager or any other staff!!! Why do you even have this store at the first place when you don’t want it to function!! So annoying!

  Order chocolates and flowers for a 65th birthday. Flowers were horrible and dying. I called at 10 AM speak to somebody about the quality of the flowers I was told rise of 10:30 AM. Give the associate my phone number received no phone I followed up by calling back at 2:30 PM and spoke with the manager which claim to issue me a refund which she never did Poor Customer Service and very poor quality of goods. Definitely would not recommend saving money and just purchase it from the local Grocery store.

  Extremely disappointed with Edible Arrangements due to their poor time management and unprofessional staff. I placed an order for a special occasion, expecting timely delivery, but they completely failed to realize the importance of the event. Despite multiple follow-ups, there was no proper communication or urgency from their team.
  
  The staff seemed disorganized and unprofessional, showing little concern for customer satisfaction. A service that is meant to bring joy instead caused unnecessary stress. I would not recommend this location if you’re relying on them for a time-sensitive or special occasion order.

  Ok. So it's Christmas. I placed the order a day before, expecting delivery sometime the next day during business hours. Obviously they're busy, but some communication would be nice. Check the order status, nothing. Store is now closed. I get delivery confirmation later at 1:30am. My brother says they came at 10:30pm. On Christmas Eve. Brilliant.

  I don’t recommend you made orders. I ordered two days before. I called today to make sure the time of the delivery since it’s holidays season and we wanted to give a surprise to our client. They told me within 1 hr. That was at 3:00 pm. I called at 5:00 pm again to make sure since we had the event at 6:00 and the lady was mad and said I did not pay for specific time, I asked how far and she said 30 min, I also asked if I was the last delivery since residential supposed to be before 7 she said no, there was more orders after. I was waiting for the longest and no body show up! I left my house 6;30. I kept calling the store but no one answered. This is not ok. We own a business and no body like to go thru this specially for the season. We pay for a service. And this is not correct so if you ever have a special event please do not try to surprise with this store, you will be the one who get surprise.
