A really bad experience! I would not recommend this storage company. They raise their prices without any notice — mine went up almost $200! When you call to ask about it, they claim that California law allows them to do this. It’s not worth the hassle or the frustration.

A warning about their business practice.
I was just informed that my small storage unit will go next month from $80 to $130 plus insurance from one month to the other.
So, in less than one year the rent went from $51 to $141.

I had an excellent experience with Jenica at Extra Space Storage, Store #1527. She was professional, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Not only did she help me get set up quickly, but she also gave me some really helpful ideas on how to organize my unit more efficiently.
That kind of extra care and attention makes a huge difference. Thanks to her suggestions, I’m saving space and can easily find what I need. Jenica made the whole process stress-free and even enjoyable.
