“I have been at Bay Area Tax ever since they took over Draper and Forester which might have been 15 or more years ago. Although it may take a day or two to get response to email, someone is usually available in the office to take your call for you to leave a message as well. The one star ratings on here are bogus - most people never even used them and left one star. You want to be ripped off and pay more then go elsewhere. Dorothy now does my companies business tax return because I trust her and she does a great job.”
