“Outstanding customer service. Even as an individual working on a home project, I was treated with the same care as their large commercial clients. Anthony guided me through the process and answered all my questions, and Ron helped create the book cover while keeping me updated. Thanks to the AlphaGraphics team, my book turned out beautifully.”
“Oakmead Printing is wonderful to work with! My company orders nametags from Oakmead, and each time, we receive fantastic products from them. They are communicative and open to feedback, which is incredibly helpful when working with printed materials. They have the option for shipping and order pick ups, and both are arranged in a timely manner. I recommend Oakmead for your printing and mailing needs.”
“Hybrid Commercial Printing continues to exceed my expectations. I have used them for large projects that included booklets, brochures, business cards, and other printing materials, and I couldn't be happier with their service. Not only did they deliver exceptional quality prints, but they also conducted themselves with integrity throughout the entire process. From start to finish, their team was professional, attentive, and dedicated to ensuring my project met my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone needing high-quality printing services backed by integrity.”
“My review is based on my experience using this location for the past 3 months to handle delivery of a lot of packages while I was out of town.
They handled my packages well for the weeks I was away and notified me when they arrived. I'm talking primarily Amazon and UPS deliveries, from small sizes up to large, big box parcels. The prices were reasonable for the area, and the location convenient. I will be using PostNet again in the future for my mailbox needs.
A few notes about the mailbox rentals:
- There are different sizes to choose from. Talk to the owner and explain what you need, and he will guide you to which one you should rent.
- It's a 3-month minimum plus a $15 processing fee.
- You have to sign a fair amount of paperwork because you're actually getting a US postal address, and these have to be filed with the USPS. They handle this, but you review and sign. It will take some time, so if you are signing up, it's not a run in and run out process.
Also of note are the business hours, which are structured a bit differently, so please keep that in mind. This means you can't expect them to accept packages during off hours, and you may need to update your delivery preferences to reflect that.
I've read some of the negative reviews, and they all seem to be about passport photos. Because each PostNet is individually owned, you're not completely dealing with a big conglomerate. You are dealing with a small business owner who is no-frills, no-nonsense, and practical. Remember, they are passport photos, not glamour shots. So show up looking the way you want to look that will pass the passport requirements; otherwise, hire a pro photographer and pay pro photographer prices.
And speaking as a former pro photographer, you're looking at over $250 for a mug-style headshot that is well-lit, up to your standards, and shot with professional lighting and a professional camera. So be reasonable.”
“Great service and fair prices! I wanted to print a booklet I made on Canva. Pine Press gave a quote via email - super fast and responsive. 30 min later the booklet was printed and ready for pickup. Highly recommend for great service and good quality printing and binding!”
