Took bid on Water heater replacement. The service rep was excellent with options and suggestions. Did not hire as I received several bids. $$$$ was the main, but I'm an HP member, shop here weekly .

The worst experience with Home Depot. Placed order for an appliance, before install got a call it was obsolete and was offered new model. For 3 months no one did any update on order or did anything, calls not returned. I went to store and was told that my delivery was scheduled for month ahead, but for old obsolete appliance. They would need to call vendor and get it fixed (3 months later!). I asked to get order cancelled, ordered through Costco and got it installed within 10 days. It’s been a month after cancellation and there is no refund! Calls to customer service didn’t help- promised to get it resolved within couple days and- nothing!!! No money!!!

The only reason I go here is that it's the closest home center to my house. Some of the least helpful staff of any retail outlet in the Bay Area. Install the app on your phone, use the app to find what you are looking for; it's pretty good at telling you exactly where things are. The only flaw with using the app to find things is the staff doesn't keep inventory well, so even if the app says the store has 20 of the thing you are looking for. there very well may be zero in stock.

Bought a kitchen faucet today display showed it to be 79 dollars when I got to checkout it was 99 dollars. Had photos showing it was priced at 79 but associated said it scanned at 99 and that was the price. This Home Depot is deceptive on price's at display. Be wary of price's even though product is exactly same model and number it might not be the correct price at checkout. It's a shame this store is being deceptive with false advertising.

I ordered a new refrigerator online, and was told a delivery date of 5/7 (5 days). ok, not great, but not bad. Now I got check and the delivery date was pushed to 5/22. hmmm.. that is a problem. I just spent an hour on hold, and then a hangup. called again. another hour. last time I buy from these bozos.

Wrong prices listed on shelf AND site. Cashier and whoever she talked to said they can't match the price even though the price was clearly advertised on the shelf at $136 vs $225 at the cashier. Rudeness was partially due to racism imo

Like most Home Depot stores, this one can get quite busy and not have enough associates to help you. But when you are able to get, they can be very dedicated to answering your questions and finding you solutions. Overall I still really enjoy shopping at this location and always finding products for DYI projects. Also thanks for working through these difficult covid19 times and keeping us safe with plastic guards at checkout. See images

No common sense. I didn’t go in as I wanted to because there was a line to get in. So the store is trying to keep the 6’ distance. The problem is everyone was wearing masks which is only necessary when closer that 6’. So waiting in line, wearing masks and limiting how many people in the store. Just one would work but having customers deal with all 3??? No thanks!

Brandon from the lumber department was amazing. He gave me excellent service, and was very efficient. I didn't know what kind of wood I needed when I walked into the store. Brandon helped me pick out the wood that's the right level of thickness for my project, got a cart to put the wood in, and did a few straight line cuts for the exact size I needed. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and got the job done super fast. It was such a great experience. My project turned out great. I will definitely come back again!

Came in looking for an electric water heater. The individual assigned to the plumbing department didn't know anything about electric water heaters nor did he know the price. He ended up just walking away. I guess in order to work the plumbing department at this Home Depot, one only needs to be able to correctly spell "plumbing." Don't worry, Lowe's is the same.
