They are the place we always go for Golu dolls and other pooja items. Good selection and when compared to other Bay Area Indian arts/pooja stores, this place has comparable or better prices and is MUCH better arranged/cleaner. I understand the prices may be high compared to India or online, but that's not fair because they have to provide for a brick and mortar business in the USA (in an expensive market). We bought golu dolls for the last 5 years and we will continue to buy from here.

Bought golu dolls after a friend recommended this store. Very impressed and price is so reasonable. I went to few places before visiting this store and their price is almost half of those selling these dolls at home in San Jose. The girl at the counter did it all by herself and was very nice. They don't allow kids to touch anything which is understandabl.

I hope I can give zero star. List of issue why you should stay away from the place 1. The lady in the cash counter yelling. That s not OK. 2. Price tags are wrong. When in checkout they say different price 3. All the product are overpriced in general. On etsy you will find it much more cheaper 4. Bad customer service.

I bought a thread (red) which can be used for tying locket or hand. But the thread quality was not good. The dye (red) used was sub-standard and more over it also caused skin allergy for me, probably the chemical materials used was sub-standard. (Photo attached)

Large collection of Indian 'Golu' dolls. Mostly over priced when you compare them to those back in India, but they might have a monopoly to be the only of the kind in the Bay Area. It's a good place to buy return gifts for any Indian host or guests. They also have carnatic classical music books, traditional tulsi pots, wooden temples for homes and many fancy personal apothecary like earrings, bangles, dance jewellery, etc.

Worst experience. Horrible customer service. There was a young man sitting in the shop with headphones and constantly digging his phone. No manners. No humanity. If you ask for something, " I don't know" or " I cannot understand" will be the answer. The only thing they know is deceive people with overrated prices and give poor quality products. Even if you want to use the restroom, that person will say, you are not allowed in the restroom( he thinks he has the liberty to allow.) Very rude customer service and lazy shop keeper. If you really want someone to drive you crazy, that's the best place to go.
