Stay away from this location . Very unorganized and communication is bad . Over 2 plus hrs to do a drug screen .

I don’t know how the Health Department and CDC allow this place to run. I had to do the drug screening for a pre-employment and I chose LabCorp because it’s closer. I was called to a room where the Biowaste was stored OPEN very close to the general supplies storage and the sink I was asked to use to wash my hands. In the same room they had the centrifuges for the blood samples, and a table for people to place their urine sample. The person who was helping me out DIDN’T change his gloves ONCE. He already had the gloves on when I was called in, he gave me the container with that glove, closed the storage inside the restroom, he touched the sample container (let’s be honest, there is always a spill in those containers), he flushed the toilet, typed in the computer, gave me a pen to sign on documents and handed me the paperwork WITHOUT CHANGING GLOVES ONCE. And all of that in that room with urine samples, blood being centrifuged, general supplies stored and OPEN biowaste stored. FILTHY.

They don’t have experience in dealing with newborn and babies. Extremely lousy staff. Do not visit this site if you need your little one tested.

Like many reviewers, I had a pre-employment screening. I booked an appointment through the web site, the check process isn't super streamlined. Overall, the whole thing was smooth. The person at the front was pleasant, my lab tech was professional and personable. Do make an appointment through the web site.

Prepare yourself 3hr for a simple walk-in blood test. Mountainview site refused me walk-in even though doctor said I can, then went to a wrong location with same street address but in mountainview, no one ever reminds me about this, street was too narrow so scratched my car, finally got to this sunnyvale site, waited another 2hr, finally got blood test. Haven't eaten breakfast till 11AM, wasted 3hr in total to get a simple blood test + need to repair car. Dumb place. zero star

The worst. I NEVER write reviews and this was terrible. I had to take an employee drug test and had an appointment. They helped walk ins before me and and completely ignored the fact that I had an appointment.

Had a good enough experience for a 7:30a Friday walk in. ~45 min wait for basic annual testing

My experience was excellent. I went early in the morning and I was in and out in less than 15 mins. Victoria was polite and quick.

Went in today and the lab technician needs to learn how to draw blood. I’ve gotten my blood drawn over 10 times in the last month and this one was the only one that’s super painful. I had to get 4 vials and he didn’t even use a butterfly clip. He was also pushing the needle super hard into my vein. Like he was leaning in on me. Really bad experience overall

The staff at LabCorp Sunnyvale is not rude or mean, this is the only reason I gave 1 star for this review. Unfortunately, the staff at this location is so incompetent that they make mistakes every single time. I am SO tired of having to spend hours fixing their mistakes! Repeated mistakes include: (1) Failure to enter the correct lab service date; (2) Failure to perform the correct lab test per lab order (2) Failure to submit lab test for analysis in a timely manner. Example, for multiple tests done on the same day, I would get some test results in 2 weeks, but I would not get the result for other test until a MONTH later because they sent the test to the wrong account! (3) Failure to include all tests done to my insurance (e.g. the staff included some test but not others in the insurance claim by mistake). As a result, LabCorp mistakenly sent me $$$ bills when they should have billed my insurance for it. I had to come back repeatedly for incorrect tests done by the LabCorp Sunnyvale staff. I don't understand why these incompetent staff are still keeping their jobs
