Very friendly staff, great prices! Got a quote pretty quickly and got a really good discount because I'd taken my car there a few years ago. They do a good job and I highly recommend them.

So far, so good. Did a decent job color matching. A little orange peel in the spray job. Will wait 30 days and see if it buffs out.

Very friendly, easy to speak with and they do not rush you, altho, they are busy! Luckily, we had 1st appt for the day and Angel was clear in explaining the estimate and even quickly adjusted when we requested additional work. Pricing seems very reasonable and we will probably follow thru on the work.Office and work areas were very clean and organized. We met Angel and Danny, both seemed very customer oriented and thorough.

My Camry received a paint job three years ago, but recently, I noticed that the rear right (RR) door molding is damaged. I contacted the service representative, Angel, who went above and beyond to assist me. Angel suggested that if I could procure the necessary part from Sunnyvale Toyota myself, he would generously install it for me at no additional cost. This level of customer service truly exceeded my expectations. It's a testament to Angel's dedication and Maaco's commitment to exceptional service.

I now have a car that's unique on the Bay Area roads, and it's safer to drive. I'm so pleased I now keep a bunch of his biz cards in the loose change compartment--to hand out at stop lights as needed. Not kidding.

This is the first time I have been dealing with the Sunnyvale Maaco location. The other location in San Jose did a fantastic job on my Kia, but they are no longer here.I met Angel, who looked over my car, which was in pretty bad shape due to a hit and run and poor painting and prep work. After all, it's a 2011 Crown Victoria P7B former black and white patrol car that was painted black. We discussed everything while he took notes. The estimate was in writing, clearly written, and covered all of my concerns. The price was acceptable to me.This brings me to the few 1star reviews this Maaco has. Most of them talk about what they promised to do. Were these promises in writing on the estimate? Anyway, I had to wait 2 weeks before they could begin due to workload. It's 2 weeks later, the car is with them. I told them not to rush the job and take their time. Angel promised me that I would be satisfied.I was told by Angel that the job would take about 2 weeks to complete. True to their word, 2 weeks later, the job is complete. The first thing I asked was where my car was? I mean, there was a gorgeous, like new Crown Victoria, but it looked brand new! (See Pictures). They did a great job and I really like the way I was treated! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Maaco in Sunnyvale, CA.

I took my car with a few dings and paint scraping on the side. Angel did a quick apraisal and gave me a very reasonable rate. The work was done within the time specified and when I noticed a little blemish, he immediately took it to get it polished. The work looked as good as new. It has been a few months in all kinds of weather and still looks good. Highly recommend.

They were supposed to paint and repair my side fender, when i received it it wasn't flush and had a half inch gap. They promised to get it looking like new, wouldn't repair the current one and told me to get a new one. Fine, but when they installed it with the gap they said i would need to pay an additional $620 to correct it when it was promised to get it back to it's original state. rude to the point where they were making it out to be my mistake and that i would have to pay and leave it additional time to correct it. didn't find any other ways to compensate their discrepency. why would you replace an item and give it back halfassed and say well it wasn't flat. the point is you told me it would be fixed to that point

You just can't argue w/ results. Check out these photos and you'll see why I'm raving about Angel and his team. That's my 2003 (yes, 2003) Element that I love--plus they don't make 'em any more. What's proud car owner to do but bring it in for The Works. Oh, and a fantastic color. Angel handled: rust repair, windshield replacement, bumper replacement, tailgate door replacement, *and* extensive under-carriage damage from when I got rear-ended. All that plus a show-stopping pale blue paint job. He couldn't have been more pleasant to work with; written quotes provided of course...even honoring a quote he'd given me some 6 mo' ago when I was researching this project. Furthermore he stayed late one afternoon when I was trying to get to Sunnyvale from the City (I'm in Inner Rich) so I could pick up paint samples (they'll make 'em for only a 20-spot each). Sunnyvale far from the City? Sure. Worth it? You betcha. I now have a car that's unique on the Bay Area roads, and it's safer to drive. I'm so pleased I now keep a bunch of his biz cards in the loose change compartment--to hand out at stop lights as needed. Not kidding.

The paint job came out great! Only one 3" run on the rear panel, no orange peel, minimal over spray on the molding, only $150 for a color change. Single stage urethane worth it. Dropped off on Monday, it was done Friday! Thanks Angle & Alicia.Service: Painting
