This is an excellent value for money hotel. While the decor might be a little dated, the friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms and relaxed atmosphere more than make up for it.
Rooms: Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms.
Walkability: Lots of restaurants and stores nearby.

The room and bed were decent, and the spa was excellent. The included breakfast was perfect, offering a variety of delicious dishes. However, the main issue was with the receptionist. She had an extremely cold attitude during check-in, and when I requested a higher floor due to being sensitive to noise, she refused to help. Later, I asked for extra towels and was denied again. This disappointing service really stood out against an otherwise good experience.

Staff were friendly, place was quiet, room was comfortable and clean. Great location for a 5 night stay. Would book again.

Safety: Safe area and great parking

We had a great stay. The breakfast was good, and there's coffee (delicious and roasted locally!) and tea available most of the day. We had a problem with our first room but Fololina was very helpful and got us a new room right away.

An okay place for a budget stay. No big issues, however:
1. Rooms facing the courtyard can suffer from smoke coming from the courtyard despite the courtyand is supposed to be no smoking.
2. Soundproofing is not good. Can hear neighbor watching TV or talking, for example.
3. No room service unless calling the front desk at least one day prior. I was not informed of this policy at check-in, which definitely hurt my experience after multiple days of no room service.

I had a great stay at the maple tree inn. Nice staff and cozy rooms. The rooms were a little small but perfect for two. I would 100% stay here again.
Food and drinks: They have an onsite breakfast in the mornings and they have nearby restaurants and shops.

My rule of thumb has always been 4 star hotel minimum but this 3 star hotel makes the cut

Really disappointing that we had booked this hotel for specific perks that were undelivered. Staff blamed it on “lack of staff” but seemed to be plenty around. Location was decent to Levi Stadium but can’t say I’d book again due to false advertising of happy hour and fresh breakfast.
