That is exactly what happen to us, we filed and chose to do direct deposit they then proceeded to send my tax return to someone else!! How is this an accident? More than 3k sent to a complete stranger! Do not go to them!! NEGATIVE RATING !

My experience is with their Tax (lack of) Services. Zero star. Terrible terrible experience. Once they get your $$$ then do not return your calls, do not answer your emails, and completely ignore your questions. Zero help, zero care.

Went to Martha’s to get my taxes done and Manny the younger guy is a J**** I had made all my appointments with him an he pushed me off to his other of his co workers. So then I was pushed off to a older guy. I think his dad. Well that guy punched in the wrong social. Now it over a month I still got nothing. I don’t know what this guy did but my refund is know where to be seen. They will not call me back or answer when they see my name pop up on the phone. I paid $200 for them to get my taxes done right and they didn’t! BAD BUSINESS!! DON’T GO THERE!!
