Horrible customer service from employee Vivian.I was calling to make a change to my insurance and she just started saying “hello I need you name you can’t just call me and start telling me what you want without even saying who I’m talking to” she was beyond rude to me over the phone.You’re office definitely needs PROFESSIONAL people working there.Not just someone that obviously has no training whatsoever in customer service I been a customer for over three years this is unacceptable.If I could of given 0 starts I would of done so.It’s very unpleasant how people are being mistreated over the phone from your company… ??

These people are involved in some type of FRAUD!! Do not go to them if you want your own tax returned send to someone else! That is exactly what happen to us, we filed and chose to do direct deposit they then proceeded to send my tax return to someone else!! How is this an accident? More than 3k sent to a complete stranger! Do not go to them!! NEGATIVE RATING !

My experience is with their Tax (lack of) Services. Zero star. Terrible terrible experience. Once they get your $$$ then do not return your calls, do not answer your emails, and completely ignore your questions. Zero help, zero care.

I have been coming here for 9 years. Every time tax season comes around this is the only place I trust. Stephanie and the whole staff are very helpful and always make me feel at ease. They always walk me through everything and any changes that have occurred they always explain the best options for me to choose from.
