⚠️Don’t be scammed. I’ve been coming here for several years because of their honest pricing and quick service. New guy quoted me $150 for a diagnosis for my engine light? It doesn’t even get applied to your total amount.
I went next door to TD Auto Repair and he did a “diagnosis” and fixed my engine light for free. Never coming back here. Telling everyone I know to avoid.

I had tyres rotations done from these people little 2 months ago. They didn’t put my wheel lock key back. Today I went to dealership to take care of service after certain miles. They tried to locate the wheel lock key. They couldn’t find. Because curtesy of Midas Sunnyvale CA who forgot to put. And I called them and they couldn’t locate the wheel lock key. Make sure if you handover these people anything then don’t forget to take it back. Don’t just believe that they will just simply put it back.

Came in at 830 to get brakes and rotors here.It is 12 o'clock.Half of my truck is done.They still don't have brake pads delivered.No, communication.Do not recommend it don't go

Great customer service! We were so lucky to have found this shop. I was helping my daughter move from Colorado to California when the brakes on my car started making noise. By the time we got to California, the brakes were in dire need of replacement - pads and rotors - and I had no idea where to go to get them fixed. We had always used Midas in Colorado so I went to the closest Midas near us in Mountain View which turned out to be in Sunnyvale and the experience was beyond what I could have imagined, in a good way! First off, the owner/manager (Ram?) was so nice and helpful. It was clear this was going to be an expensive repair and he found a nice discount that Midas was running and applied that to the cost. Then, he told me that if we had had the brakes replaced before at Midas, the pads should be under warranty and advised that I call the Midas in Colorado and ask. I did and, sure enough, they were under a lifetime warranty. So another couple hundred of dollars were taken off! None of this would I have known if he hadn't told me. So, thank you, thank you!!! AND, I had a 5 mile walk ahead of me and asked if he knew anything about the buses running up and down El Camino, without hesitation, the Ram said, "Oh, no! I'll drive you back" Awesome!! That was so nice and so unexpected. All in all, it was as great an experience of getting your brakes replaced as it could be. Thank you so much, Midas in Sunnyvale on El Camino!!

They fixed my brakes, and replaced my throttle housing in a very timely manner. No issues after the work was done and even inspected any attention codes my dash was displaying.
They’ve been very professional and easy to work with.

Came in the store and asked them to give me a quote for replace my rotors. They needed up charging me a $40 diagnostics, which confirmed i needed to replace my rotors.

Mechanic Baljit worked on my 2011 Infinity. He was persistent and determine to find out the problem of our car. In the end our "Carl" is back and running again. We are very happy. Thank you Baljit!
