This has been my go-to pharmacy for several years. The two pharmacist were very friendly and professional. However, I found it was permanently closed.

I have formally taken my business to this pharmacy because of how amazing Jun is (pharmacy manager) there. Not only is she very dedicated to helping everyone out, she also does amazing troubleshooting of insurance hoops, etc. After so many times of helping me I wanted to publicly thank her and share what amazing human she is and that I'm so glad she works here and helps so many folks.

I'm writing this review specifically because of Jun Cheng, the pharmacy manager. She is so incredibly sweet and personable, she always remembers you when you come in. So positive and always such a good attitude. Always makes my day to see her at the pharmacy!

The people there are always nice. When they tell you they need to call me back because they need to verify with the doctor, they always call back. They are always professional and fast :)

For many years we had all of our prescriptions filled at the Lucky Pharmacy in Mountain View, The pharmacy manager June and her staff took great care of us. Even my dad (in his 90's), who was entitled to get his prescriptions free by mail from the VA, preferred Lucky (and his visits with June). When the Mountain View Lucky closed rather suddenly in November 2014 we thought it made sense to transfer to another grocery store pharmacy only a mile away, however after 4 months it was very clear that we had made the wrong decision. We transferred all of our prescriptions back to Lucky (in Sunnyvale), it's not a big deal to drive over there, the staff knows their customers and they are expert at what they do. It is a small pharmacy with the personal touch. June is on top of things, she makes sure we take advantage of any manufacturers coupons or special offers, and calls when meds are ready for pick-up. Lucky Pharmacy is closed Sundays and during their short lunch break, but that is not a big deal, the service provided far outweighs that minor inconvenience. Expert service with a smile, it does not get any better than that.
