This review is for two separate stays I had to do while my apartment was under construction. I stayed in room 109 which is a two bed unit and room 113 which is a one bed accessibility unit. Given the pros and cons of both, I'd rate the overall experience as average.ParkingAmple parking for both stays. I was able to park right in front of my units for both. Parking is brightly lit all around and is out in the open. I always use the club on my car and didn't have any particular issues.StaffThe first time checking in the guy didn't really say much and just quickly checked me in. He also picked up a phone call while still checking me in making it difficult to ask any questions and he also forgot to give me the parking permit for my car so I had to go back and ask.The second time checking in was a really nice lady why was very attentive and friendly. She made sure I had my permit and I was satisfied with the room I was getting (I had injured my leg so I had to request a room on the bottom for to avoid stairs).CleanlinessKeep in mind that this is a motel and the building seems to be older so there is quite a bit of normal wear and tear. It's not anything fancy but both rooms were very clean and there was no dust or hair or fur anywhere. Towels were also clean and beds had no issues (checked for bed bugs).Overall SpaceThe accessibility room has ample room for any person that needs assistance to get around. But because of this the room has a very tiny desk with one chair and no counter space to place anything. The bathroom was tiled all around combining both the toilet, sink, and shower with only a shower curtain to separate the shower. I would not recommend the room unless you have a specific reason to request the accessibility room. The two bed room had much more areas to lay things out without feeling overly claustrophobic. On of the beds is right up against the heater/ac unit which looked a bit odd but otherwise there was enough space to walk in between both beds. There was also a larger desk with two chairs so I had plenty of space to lay out my laptop, some fruits and snacks, and a hot water pot. The bathroom contained a bath tub/shower and toilet with the sink outside of the bathroom with plenty of counter space. There was also a very small fridge that fit a few of my drinks in it.The water pressure for the shower in room 113 was very weak and there was one morning where there was no hot water at all. The water pressure for the shower in room 109 was much stronger.I used both the heater and AC in room 113 and it worked fine. If set to maintain a specific temperature instead of automatically switching off it weighs switch to fan mode. I tried to use the heater in room 109 but had to turn it off after a couple minutes because a weird musty smell was coming out of it and it wouldn't go away. Both rooms had a TV but I didn't use it so I can't comment on it. Wi-Fi is extremely unreliable and either has really weak reception or just completely disconnects constantly. Even when it stayed connected somehow the speed of the Internet was very slow (1-2Mbps download/0.5Mbps upload) so it would not be recommended for taking video calls. Emails and chat were fine albeit sometimes slow to load and watching video streams like Netflix only buffered a few times. Very difficult to work from if planning to work remote from this location like I was.Walls are very thin so you can hear everything going on around you (e.g people walking, people talking, outside traffic, etc) so if you're a light sleeper you may want to bring ear plugs. It does get pretty quiet by around midnight though.Pet friendlyThe reason why I chose this motel is because they allow both cats and dogs and don't charge any additional pet fees. I would definitely recommend to anyone with pets. There is also a little area of grass with a poop bag station.Surrounding areaThere are plenty of fast food and dine in options within walking distance.

I use the motel 6 south and the rooms are aceptable and clean. The front desk is friendly and kind. Location is the best. And let’s be honest don’t expect 5 stars hotel room with the affordable budget prices. You get what you pay for. And for the affordable prices. The room meet all my standards. However some features are broken like the phone line on room 213. But glad I have my cell phone and is not a big deal. Looking forward to use the services of motel 6 in another occationRooms: Room are clean and aceptable to restSafety: Very safe well lit areaFood & drinks: Taco truck are delicious at gas station nearby and dennys is just at front

Nice location, close to work and freeways.Staff was missing when I checked in 6pm Monday evening.Keys stopped working a few days inOther than that the room was relatively clean, linens, bathroom. Easily able to pack my car in front of room. For EV charging, Grocery Outlet nearby has paid level2 and level1 chargers.Extra if you want a micro-fridge in the room.

The staff here is fairly decent. The manager wasn't to great. And not all that professional nor represents the brand very well. From trashed and urine stained grass. To heathens and dope feens type people smoking drugs in their cars. Found a few roaches here and there. Our fridge was on the floor and not even on a milk crate at least lol. We had drunk teens above us and they did nothing much about it. The maids were worn and out of shape and looked nowhere near physically able to thoroughly clean each and every room. That's why our room had dust everywhere. It had booger stains on the walls. Terrible room overall. And terrible service.I checked out before my checkout date and requested a refund. Motel 6 hasn't gotten back to me or refunded me for anything. Who would want to stay in a room with roaches and extremely loud quests above you. Anyways never again Motel 6 I'm done with the brand. There really isn't a Motel 6 in California that isn't ran down or filled with degenerate type people or just flat out clowns. The brand name has gone way down hill and needs to get it's image back. If that's even possible.........Rooms: The rooms are all 100% dirty. The maids there do the basics and it shows. They change the bedding and trash. And wipe counters down. Mop or vacuum. Then BAM. 20 mins later they are done. If your able to view the rooms in person before you book. Then please do so and you will see what I'm talking aboutSafety: Not entirely a ruff hood. But there are lots of homeless folks that pass by. There's an apartment complex nearby. There's lots of fast drivers so keep an eye out when walking around the motel.

Terrible service. Front desk are blindly rude. Don’t bother engaging. Front desk person asks for government ID, when provided what was asked of me he didn’t like it as it “doesn’t scan” - was fine with the last 3 Motel 6 properties I stayed at and refused to use any level of common sense. Too much hassle. Keep away and stay elsewhere - the staff are hopelessly bad and incompetent. Had to wait ages for a room to be available despite arriving at 1715hrs for a 1500hrs check in. AVOID.

Update: they retaliated against me and my family. We booked a stay to extend and they denied us service. Families avoid this place. Laborers are aloud 6 to a room and drug addicts knock on our doors at night after we complained on here. Whoever Dev Engineer is you are not a good manager and I believe that is a fake name to hide your shame. Pramop is not a good person. When you deal with customers you don’t blame them for things that were already broken. There was a leak behind the wall, we woke up and the TV wasn’t working. When customers pay for a whole week you should not be trying to figure out ways to kick them out to rip people off. I hope you learn to treat your customers with respect and dignity. Don’t call me in the morning investigating me like you’re a police officer. That’s never ok.

Workers: Miserable, Rude, Unhelpful.Doing no justice for the Motel 6 name or brand.Motto here is: We'll make sure your inner light gets turned off ?Because Customer service here is opposite of We'll leave the light on for you"Boo!

I've stayed here multiple times. Rooms are hit or miss though. Big factor why we choose to stay here rather than the one across the street is that the building and property is well lit. There are no random people "tenants" walking around. Convenient location and reasonable rates.
