Placed an order for a part with overnight shipping. Received an email with the UPS tracking number a few hours later. Did not receive the shipment the next day, and when I tried tracking the order, it says the shipment was cancelled. Have reached out numerous times via email with no response. Phone number rings with no answer, then goes to voicemail. WhatsApp messages direct me to email. Through the website chat, I was told that I refused the shipment. According to UPS tracking it would have been refused the same day, a matter of hours later, for a shipment being sent from California to Florida. I did re-order the part with USPS Priority and received that within 3 days, but still am getting nothing but radio silence regarding my original order. Still no refund or response 2.5 weeks after the order.

I have been dealing with MPD for almost 1 year. the one thing i can ensure is they are selling what they offering there is nothing out of images . The parts i have taken from them were original and return rate is almost zero. I will recommend to try this company for once and you will be addicted with their services . You guys are doing good job keep it up .Cheers
