Patioworld is a lovely store with lots of quality outdoor furniture, including sets, swivel rocker chairs, chaise lounges, bar stools, and cocktail tables from brands like Tropitone and O.W. Lee. The quality and style is beautiful. Customer service is outstanding, with staff noted as being so helpful, patient, courteous, and prompt. They answer all questions, educate on new styles, and provide quick updates. While occasional delays can happen due to supply chain or factory issues, the service remains unfailingly apologetic and efficient, with some in-stock items delivered very quickly. Customers are extremely happy with their purchases and often return to order additional furniture.
I have had very good luck at patio world. I bought a Kettler table with four chairs and a galTech umbrella. I have been very happy with my purchase.

This summer I just bought a whole set (6) of the swivel rocker chairs, a couple of chaise lounge, bar stools and a cocktail rable. All by Tropitone. The quality and style is beautiful and the customer service that I received from Richard Feng was outstading.
