Jacob was a legend, I came into to rent a second unit and he was extremely thoughtful throughout, showed me each unit I wanted with a ton of patience until I found the right one. Would highly recommend renting here!

The climate system is still not working. The building 8000 is very humid and hot. I am worried about my stuffs. The management only respond to the positive reviews and leave the problem hanging up to dry. Ridiculous 🤣

The AC/Climate Control system in building 8000 has stopped working since at least a month ago. The system still not working during my today's visit. This issue let me recall that all the elevators were down in building 8000 for 2 months last year. The management fixed only one, then left the rest 2 elevators down for extra 3 months. I cannot believe how they charge me climate control rent then let my stuff get wet.

We were in a unit just rented we didn’t like because it did not meet our needs.
