An employee named Russell at the 875 E Arques facility in Sunnyvale was extremely helpful. He even got me a discount in the monthly rent, which for a retired person on a fixed income is a big deal.

Thank you, Nene! I’ve been a client of this Public Storage facility (875 E. Arques Ave.) for many years. That says something right away! They’re close by, they’ve had the storage I needed, the building is always clean, and staff members have been friendly and helpful. But 3 days ago, I wanted to add to the amount of storage I had while remaining in the same building. Using the website, I was pleased to find that the type of unit I needed was available at a price I could manage. Given that vacant units can be snapped up in a flash by other renters, I knew I needed to act quickly. So, late that evening, I created a reservation request (i.e., a “hold”). In principle, I could have completed my rental over the web, but because there were a few details important to me that website information didn’t resolve, I figured I’d have to meet with a facility manager in person. Wouldn’t you know, by 10 AM the next morning, I received a call from Nene, one of the facility managers, responding to my request. Over the phone, we quickly confirmed that we were on the same wavelength, and just like that, I had an appointment with Nene at 11 AM the same day! Nene showed me all the available storage units that met my requirements, and patiently discussed all of my concerns. I can be pretty picky, so I appreciated that Nene was not only friendly and helpful, but efficient and well informed. I was finished within a few minutes and walked out with my new rental completed and new keys in my hand—a happy camper.

Nene made renting a storage unit quick and painless. She gave me a couple of different options for the size I wanted, and then explained how the billing would work. Easy peasy.

I just wanted to recognize Nene’s great customer service she was super helpful and easy going I appreciate her patience and guidance in the exchange of storage units.. please make sure she gets some type of recognition for her great service!!! Even the customer before seemed super hPpy the service he received from Nene.

This is our third unit at Public Storage and feel that the service and environment provided is first rate. The climate control is very important to our needs on the dust free environment is a definite plus. People a joy to work with.

I have been using this storage for years, and now I want to specifically express my gratitude to Toby Jerome, who has been always soulfully helpful. As far as I know, after getting retired, she will look for a good part time job. I do believe that, with her love of people and animals, she will be good in any work place she finds. Dear Toby I wish you to have a great health and lots of grateful clients!

Excellent! This property gets my highest marks because of off-the-charts outstanding customer service--thanks primarily to Toby, who has unfortunately (for us) retired, but she leaves a legacy of outstanding customer service--Hannah is currently doing an outstanding job. Toby imparted to the current staff the importance of knowing the property and the business inside and out and making a point of understanding and delivering on what each customer needs. Toby has always gone above and beyond to take care of people and to ensure that the property looks great--and so does the current team. It's always clean and safe, no matter what time I go. Thank you for being the best PS facility I've ever used!

This facility has been very safe
and clean. It has employed employees that are great in greeting the public as well working!
I'm always greeted with a pleasant smile?. I've dealt with a wonderful personnel by
the name of (Tobi) whom has
helped me over the years with any questions I may have.
I've rated this storage facility
with five⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s for these various reasons.
If anyone is looking for a storage place as such, well this is definitely the place!

Why even have the carts available if you're going to lock them up so customers cannot use them during open hours??
