Do not put your stuff here. Zero cell service. You won't get any important messages. also no service for quite some time after you've left. Many times I've been in a blazing hurry and I have to restart my phone before I can even set GPS. I would have never selected this site had I known.Not receiving messages when I'm in there has caused me problems over and over again.

Dirty, old and disgusting place. Same for the Indian lady employee who sits here.
I had to tell her to watch her mouth when talking to me when seeking a valid refund. Pathetic.

Taslima was super helpful! I came into the office to book a storage space after having issues online. Taslima was super friendly and gave me plenty of time to check whether the unit was big enough and helped me assess how I could fit things in. She didn't rush me, didn't push me to get a bigger unit, and purchasing was an easy process with her.
