Spent a half hour ordering online yesterday, gave thge company my payment information, never got a receipt or any confirmation. Now waiting for a half hour by phone after voicemail hell. I did all of this last December and gave up, so I have been without my supplies. The worst thing about having sleep apnea is dealing with this horrible company.

I hope that I can rate them zero. Very irresponsible and wasteful of your time. Will not recommend 100%. Made appointments twice and no shows both, wait on the phones for a total of 30 minutes without achieving anything. A terrible place to deal with.

Waiting for 6 months for a replacement. If it is not because the sleep doctor refers and claim that they will bill the insurance I would have bought it elsewhere 6 months ago. 6 months?????????????? 6 months without a CPAP?? That is so unacceptable. Everytime we call, they brushed us off with some vague answers.

Caution: Avoid engaging with this company as they mishandle orders and provide unsatisfactory customer service. Upon contacting them, expect to receive unconvincing explanations such as being placed on a monthly waiting list. Eventually, a manager might dismiss your concerns with a statement suggesting you shop elsewhere if dissatisfied.

Wish I could give negative ratings to this fraudulent company. They sent me an used CPAP machine, when asked, they took the machine for "inspection". More than 2 months passed and they yet to return my machine and they stopped taking my calls. But still charging my insurance provider for money. Please STAY AWAY from fraud company.

Worst business practices I have ever had to deal with. Sent items to the wrong location, which was stolen. Then reshipped and only provided a tracking number, but never actually gave the package to FedEx. I call 2/3 times a weeks with no resolution. This started in May with Enrique. He stopped returning my calls in June. Have dealt with Maryann, Jam and Christian that "note" things in my chart and bring it up to "management" and state they will get back to me and never do. "Accidentally" hang up when confronted about service and billing for items never received. Seems like this place is just a front for medical billing fraud.

Pulmonary Solutions is a poorly managed company that should not be in the business of supplying medical equipment. People that need oxygen supplies need to receive them when they are ordered and in a timely way. Pulmonary Solutions does NOT fill customer orders in a timely way and when you call 2, 3, 4, 5, times to get the status of your order they transfer you to their Supply Dept. and they never respond or fill the order. Pulmonary Solutions is the absolute worst company that I have ever dealt with. STAY AWAY !!!!!

BEWARE !!! If you need oxygen equipment and/or supplies don't use Pulmonary Solutions. Their customer support is non existent. You will wait weeks and weeks to get your order if you do at all. You will not get any answers as to when or if your order was filled. The people that answer their phones have no information and transfer you to their supply dept. and you never get a call back. There is no manager or supervisor to talk to. This company is being run by uncaring inconsiderate people. Look at the reviews, they're all bad.

Completely non-responsive. My doctor sent them a prescription for a CPAP two weeks ago and I haven’t been contacted. I sent them a message through their website which has been ignored. I called them only to listen to a very long message that doesn’t provide an option to speak to a customer service rep.I will update this review as appropriate if I can ever get in contact with them, as of now this company has been more than disappointing.

This company is the worst place I have seen in my life and I can write a few pages about how bad they are. First, when you call them there is no option to talk to customer service, every time I call they have difficulty finding me and my prescription on their computer. She would put it on hold for a very long time and no answer. Finally they told me that my CPAP will arrive before the end of 2022, but I did not get anything. When I called them pm 1/6/23 to follow up on my order they told me that my insurance expired on 12/31/22. On the statement I received from my insurance they already approved the order before the end of 2022. Just don’t deal with these people.

Terrible! Claire hung up on new customers according to my patients. I heard so much complaints about Brannon Medical. This vendor is not only bad, but terrible.

Been having problems with the billing department since the start. Every few months they would say I owed 2 months payment. I would ask for the invoice # and provide the payment confirmation. Then they started calling 3 weeks before the payment was due to tell me I needed to pay. Finally I complained to them and that stopped I was doing fine after that by using the HME Billpay option. That was great, they sent invoice on-line and I made the payment. For the last two months I have not received the e- invoice and the billpay option does not work. Called and asked for an invoice so I can pay. They are saying I owe two months when I have never missed a payment and have yet to send an invoice. Had to call again a few minutes ago to try to straighten the problem. She was going to email invoice 30 minutes ago-still waiting.

Very bad customer service. Upon placing an order, they do nothing for a long time with no feedback. When I followed up, they say a dr. prescription is needed, and that's why the order is not moving through. They do not think it's their responsibility to update their customers.

The person at this location that called me is very rude. She assumed what I was trying to say before finished my sentence and talked over me. As a patient who is looking to get supplies from this supplier, they need to have a bit more patience and bed side manners. They did not have the supply that my doctor recommended. So they had use an application that supposedly analyzes my face, only to ask me what I want to order - what was the point if they weren't going to use the results provided by the application. I expected that they would recommend a mask, but instead was rudely told with a condescending voice "you need to know what you want." I basically told them, I don't know what I want and was relying on their professional recommendation based on the doctor's prescription. In summary, they are rude and unprofessional... at least the person I spoke to. If I have a chance to get her name I will update it here. Go to Guardian Sleep located in San Jose. They have excellent customer service.
