Love this locations inventory But the store temperature was insane. I was in and out within one hour dripping sweat, thinking how sad for employees! I then went to Santa Clara location where the inventory is terrible but guess what, store was nice and cool. This should not be, all store should have a set temperature at all locations that’s comfortable for customers but more importantly for their Employees!
Love Rosses prices disappointed in temperature ?

Terrible Manager, who doesn’t know the first C of customer service. Pathetic service, forces you to keep products with quality issue. Manager doesn’t have the decency to stay and complete a conversation with the customer. She has a sorry attitude for someone who became a manager and wants to run a store. Lacks basic sense of reasoning and logic.

Ross is a place to shop when you are in a hurry to look for something essential that you need, you find the same quality, the same brands at a lower price than the brand store, you find a wide variety of clothing with a limited choice of sizes, but if you go to the store I assure you You will always leave with something from there. This is the closest store I have and in case of any emergency I always go there.

When I come to the store I notice that the security are just standing, they should give them a chair so that they can sit at times to rest, poor guys, take this into account, put a chair so that they can rest for a while, I hope you take this detail into account. thank you
