Love that we needed a storage after hours and we were able to get a unit online when everywhere else was closed after 6pm and got a unit number and entry code and a lock inside unit all via email within 20 minutes. And a good rate at that

Whats up with the elevators ? It’s been out for 3 months. When would you guys fix it? It a hassle going to the other elevator or stairs when I’m carrying a big load.

Amazing customer service!
I signed up and secured my unit online during the evening, by the next morning an agent called to finish the process. She even walked me through two current deals and helped me save money on what I needed. I was able to sign contracts and verify my identity all via text message.
The unit that I’m renting is at a remote location, I was able to get my unit details and lock immediately and move in by end of the week.

Yesterday I’ve talked with Emily the customer service girl, she’s sweet like an Angel, she’s so so so helpful & she’ve given some great offer to rent a space in their Storage Corner Sunnyvale, this storage is absolutely wonderful!
