When I noticed low oil and leaks when doing my own oil change, Stress Free was great at letting us drop off on Saturday night and diagnosing it on Sunday. The inspection had clear photos and a detailed breakdown of issues, and was a reasonable price of $75. The only thing I was disappointed in were their parts prices, such as an air filter that was $55 before labor, but only $23 at a Toyota parts counter.

Fantastic, fast, thorough, honest service.The fact that photos were given to me with explanations of each necessary service suggestion ranked by importance is amazing. No pressure environment with a heavy focus on getting done what is necessary.The ranking system of “Red” safety issues, “Yellow”, and I believe “Green” is great. This illuminated what needs to be prioritised and what I can potentially hold off on, pricing was transparent and I didn’t feel as if I was being cheated. The service was fast, honest, and well done. Our Subaru feels new again and we’ll definitely be back with any of our future needs.

Thank you James! Left you a message 5 minutes before closing — no doubt a busy time — asking complex questions. You returned my call after closing time. Very helpful suggestions. Will look for tuner shops for help with alignment on my friend’s 350Z which is lowered and widebody and can’t be aligned on normal alignment systems.

Very helpful with AC on my Subaru Forester. They fixed the compressor and condenser. Still had some issues that they couldn’t quite solve after fixing the compressor and condenser, but they recommended me to another auto shop and covered the diagnostic fee. The other shop found a bad relay and fixed it. Would highly recommend this auto shop.

Really smooth and friendly experience for a 90K service for my 2012 Honda CR-V. I appreciated that I got updated by text a few times including a link to an inspection summary. The inspection broke things down into 1) Requires Urgent Attention (these items were taken care of in the 90K service), 2) Requires Future Attention (pointed out a couple things like battery condition, and ball joints leaking, but no one tried to sell me an extra services), and 3) Good Items (e.g.: transmission and brake fluids). The service was completed in 2 hrs though I was estimated at 4 hrs.When I went to pick up I remembered that they did forget to check on one thing I asked which was not part of the 90K service which was to look at why my physical key could not open the drivers side door even though the key turned. The guy indicated that it was likely a broken plastic part inside the door and that he'd order the part and follow-up with me on it. So far, no follow-up though.

We booked a Saturday appointment We went in person, he said he doesn’t see it although we provided cell no and confirmation number. He got the morning appointment at 9.30 on a Sunday morning again. The person suggested that we get the car back within an hour so we booked this early and appointment. When we reached there, the person was changed. He denied us service saying that he will cater to other cars first even though we had appointment with us. He was talking extremely rudely and raised his tone. Probably they do not entertain people with color #rude
