They need to shorten the waiting time for customers. Even with appointments, they let your car parked for hours before working on it. I know because I have GPS tracker on my car.

Unfair!They gave us an appointment at 1 pm on a Saturday and said try to be there earlier. My wife dropped the car at noon and they didn’t even start working on it until 3 pm.Basically they had given the same slot to several people knowing Saturday is a convenient day for most people, and so piled them all up in the same time.It took 5 hours for a battery change and tire rotation.Customer’s time is as valuable as your’s, Volkswagen Service, and you’re support to respect that.

We had great experience at Sunnyvale Volkswagen. Their prices were so competitive that we bought a brand new Atlas on the spot. We also greatly appreciated the care and attention of everyone working there. They even sent someone to drop off accessory components that became available the next day. We highly recommend this family run dealership....

Horrible experience with this place. Having all my three cars: Jetta, Rabbit, eGolf serviced from Sunnyvale Volkswagen for over 10 years. The customer service used to be very good when Craig was there. After the advisor left, everything changed. Last year, my eGolf's infotainment system got hacked through Bluetooth. I reported that to Sunnyvale Volkswagen Service Department and asked them to reset my eGolf's software. They ignored my request and did not take EVs security seriously. I ended up having a really bad experience with the service department. I guess VW EVs probably weren't designed with security in mind. They were designed with reliability and safetyNot sure why Sunnyvale Volkswagen Service Department was not interested in EVs security??? My guess is that they're probably not very interested in selling Electric Cars :)

Kindness and professionalism describe the service I received from Tanya when I brought my car in without an appointment- after a warning signal appeared. Despite the dealership being very busy, Tanya greeted me with a warm smile and made room for my car to be diagnosed right away,She went above and beyond following service, when I mentioned my navigator/phone was no longer in sync.She made time and figured out why it wasn't working - not what I'd brought the car in for initially.What a breath of fresh air when customer service today isn't aways a priority.

My check engine light was on and I was 99% sure it was the gas cap needing to be replaced. I talked to Greg, the Parts Manager, and he told me he would put a new one on to see if it was the problem. Sure enough, it was the cap. He installed it, and I was on my way. Took no more than 5 minutes. Before coming here I went around town and everyone wanted to charge me an arm and a leg for inspection. I should’ve just came here first. Greg saved me a bunch of time and money. Thanks Greg!

We have been shopping around for a used Tiguan for months, and were instantly welcomed by Mike and David at Sunnyvale this weekend. Despite them being super busy, we were so well taken care of, brought water (for us and our dog!) and given updates on how much longer each step would take. We walked away with a car better than we expected. We were able to see each car that suited our specifications, and spent over an hour just looking at the options they had on site.It's not lost on this team how big of an investment you're making, and everyone person we interacted with was so kind and generous with their time. We've already nudged a handful of friends to head down to this office for their next car purchase.

We had an extremely pleasant experience at this dealership. Ended up buying the '22 Tiguan after we were given a very good price for our trade in. David was particularly professional and knowledgeable. He helped us find the perfect car to match our needs and made the entire process run smoothly. We also worked directly with Mike who really made up feel welcomed at the dealership.10/10 would recommend to any of my friends on the look out to buy a new vehicle.

If I can give zero stars I would. They are way overpriced like most dealers. I took my car for an 80k service there, decided to change my oil myself for 90k and realized they have put 1 quart less than they are suppose to. Customer service had me hold for information for way too long recently, only because I told them I don’t want an appointment just yet and just wanted information for now. Now I won’t give them another chance.Services: Auto engine tuning

Our family car is an Atlas and we use it for EVERYTHING! It is extremely important to us that when we have work done that it is completed correctly and timely. Eric and Tanya have continued to provide a high level of service that repeatedly meets our family's needs. This is not the first time we have brought our car to them for service and it surely won't be the last. It is in large part to their customer service and expertise that we are long standing customers. Thank you Eric.

My wife and I up from Santa Barbara (288 miles 1 way) to buy an ID.4 from Frank. We had prev reserved one at our local deale, but delivery was delayed many times (not the dealership's fault) so I started looking around for an identical car. I found it at Sunnyvale VW, called their sales line, and luckily I got connected to Frank. I told him about my situation, he made sure the car wasn't already reserved , and then worked with me over the phone and text to get the deal worked out. When my wife and I arrived we got exactly the deal we had agreed to via text, completed all the paperwork, got signed up for Electrify America, and were out the door in under 1.5 hours. Super smooth process , easy to work with, decent online reservation system. 5 stars! Frank was fantastic and the other staff seemed friendly. The only downside is the coffee.....it's REAL bad, bring your own. Highly recommend working with Frank and Sunnyvale VW. 100% would do it again. -Mark Smith, happy owner

This location is only good for oil change if other places are not open.Despite being a VW speciality place they never ever have the required parts for repair available, and they need to order them from Sacramento. So add extra day to your trip to get the car (if they do the diagnostics correctly in the first round)! Cherry on top of this cake is you are lucky if they give you comparable car while you wait for repair.
