The guys working here don't know what they are doing.All I wanted is to add a new line to my account. I was told the device is down so I left store, when I called again after some time, they said the device is back up and told me that I am an authorized user and can come to store as soon as possible on the same day.Once I visited the store, I was assigned an agent to replace the sim card ?. Once I informed I need to add a new line and not replace anything then I was told to wait 15 min and a new person said I am not authorized at store but authorized to add a new line online which didn't make sense. Then the person whom I spoke to on phone came and they started talking to each other and the main guy sort of started explaining and they said they cannot help me.Such a terrible service. Had to waste a trip getting here.FYI, a different store helped me exactly what I needed.

The female staff of the store is very helpful. I buy the I phone charger not fit. She find a connector for me and it's free.

My experience at TMobile has been phenomenal, everyone at the store has been super wonderful to me. I wanted to especially recognize Odalis who has been taking care of me for over 2 years. Then I met Kyle Asst Manager & he's been exceptional, last but not least Kash upgraded me to Tmobile internet & so far so good! Thank you all for being an amazing Team!

Me and my husband went to this store to switch our carrier in April 2023, the sales representative informed us about the device offer that comes along with switching carrier and literary "promised" us that the offer will be valid for the next 2 weeks from the day we switch carriers. So, we did our research in terms of which phone we want to get and came back within 6 days, but the manager informed us that the offer ended 1 day ago and they can't provide us the phone anymore. This was very disheartening as one of the decision-making parameters for us which switching carriers if the device offer. We requested to meet the sales representative who informed us wrongly, but she wasn't in the store. This seemed like a miss information to us but we were still ok. What made it a bad experience for us was the fact that the manager was very rude to us and when we asked what other offers, we can avail he literally said he can't do anything for us and we should leave. I have never been treated in this manner. We had already switched carriers and just wanted to buy a new phone and my husband needed it for work and business continuity (we were going to travel to Europe and office suit won't work on his existing phone). Hence, we stopped listening to the manager and asked another sales representative to help us with any the offer on devices, that person was ultimately able to help us with another (60% less lucrative) offer.However, it's been good 4 months but we still have a sour taste from the way the manager treated us. He kept on asking us to leave without resolving out issue, he asked us to contact his legal team and gave us P.O address to send them a letter and not even a customer care number or email address. His tone was very aggressive and made us feel uncomfortable. Our only ask was to find a way to resolve this miss information and provide with information about alternatives deals and we were treated very badly. It made us feel as if we were tricked into joining T-Mobile with false promises and once we joined we were treated poorly. Till date we have not had any issues with the carrier, even when we were in Europe we were comfortable with the connection. However, the manager definitely left us salty with our negative customer experience.My only advice to fellow customer would be to get as much of conformation as possible in written while talking about any promo offers with this store in particular.

Jessy is the type of employee I'd want in my own company. She's patient, kind and thorough. My mother was so happy. There could be more said about this employee, but i'm sure management already knows she's a candidate for promotion or a raise. Both would be well deserved. Thank you!

I have been expecting a survey, but it never came my way and I wanted to take some time to acknowledge how great my experience was at this location. I came in looking to acquire a new phone plan, and was greeted immediately. The associates called that it would be a few minutes as they helped other customers. An extremely refreshing gesture to be acknowledged so promptly. After which, the associate, Odalis, helped us very quickly and was very patient. Further more, I had forgotten my ID, and she informed us that we could come right back [even though it was near closing time] and she would be able to help us. I really needed the plan as quickly as possible, and this was a gesture she did not have to provide. All in all, my experience here was fantastic!

I was waiting for the survey link from T-Mobile but it never came so I’m writing a review instead. Adrian was the best customer service we’ve gotten from T-Mobile. He was friendly, helpful and quick. We came in right before closing and had a bunch of things for him to do and he did it all with a smile on his face. We were very happy with the service from him. Thank you, Adrian!

This location has excellent associates who are very knowledgeable and quick to serve. If there is something that can’t be done instead of just saying “no”, they will let you know that they can try but it would be up to customer service and then it would likely not be able to be done, but they are willing to try. This kind of attitude is rare, but if you find yourself nearby and need something from T-Mobile, stop at this location for the best customer service. I had a disconnected line they were able to reconnect and restart my monthly device payments. Instead of paying a phone bill that was around $500 I left with service after paying around $125. Thanks again T-Mobile and the associates at your Sunnyvale location.

We had a terrible experience in the store. The assistant was not friendly at all and even lied to us that a certain phone was not subject to promotion. We went to the next T-Mobile store and got exactly the same phone with a promotion.Please be aware that you cannot trust what you are told by an assistant there and it's better to check online or in another store.

Lovely employees, Tribble poorly managed company. After many years of being their customer and having 5 phones for my family, I asked for the receipt of my payments (for reimbursement reasons for my work), after hours of talking on the phone (Literally at least 10 hours of talking and placing me on hold) the final answer was "Go do whatever you want, We can't provide you with a receipt".Also I had an unlocked iphone which recently got lost. I had insurance on it with t-mobile. They sent me a t-mobile locked iphone in order to hostage my account and do whatever they want, without me being able to discontinue my service because it will be costly for me to pay for buying all these phones again.Note to lawyers: Anyone know how to deal with such companies? contact me.

super fast and easy experience! traded in three phones in ten minutes, the guy was extremely helpful with a pleasant attitude! wish i got his name, thanks for making this transaction easy for us! would highly recommend this store, clean and conveniently located among several shops including beside a safeway
