I recently had a flat tire and needed help getting it changed. I called Towing Sunnyvale and they were able to send someone right away. The technician was very nice and friendly. He replaced my tire quickly so I could get back on the road with minimum delay. I would definitely recommend!Service: Tire change

We called because I have a neighbor who keeps parking where he's not suppose to and he's blocking our drive way, so we decided to finally call a tow company this was our first time calling any tow company and now our last time calling this company, the guy on the phone didn't even let my brother talk he said because it wasn't an emergency he couldn't help us and then hung up!

Let me preface my review by saying there are two towing services in Sunnyvale with very similar names. "Towing Sunnyvale" and "Sunnyvale Towing". I went with the first (this one) since the latter had a very bad Google review score. (I'm aware businesses can actively remove bad Google reviews so I took that with a grain of salt.) I actually didn't find this yelp page until after the fact... had I found it before I probably wouldn't have used this service. I went with this service as I tried to get my car towed via flatbed but it required a wheel lift (car could not be put into neutral) and another company with good reviews sent me here so I trusted they would be okay enough. Called at 3:00 PM and got put on hold. Got hung up on after 10 minutes on wait. Called again, hold, hung up on after 5. Called again and interrupted the lady on the phone to tell her I keep getting hung up on and really needed a tow. Finally I got a response (3:30 PM or so at this point) and got an ETA of 60-90 minutes with a 15-minute call-ahead so I could head over beforehand. Never received the call-ahead call so I arrived at the location of my car at 4:30 PM. Waited until 5 PM and hadn't heard anything so called again. Got a new wait time of 50-60 minutes more. The guy finally showed up just before 6 PM. The tow was fine and the driver was very friendly and helpful. But from what I gathered this service seems to outsource tows to other places and probably takes a cut. They may also be just attempting to get people to cancel so they get a free $50 as well... The name of the actual company that came is Loural Towing and they have a 4.5/5 on Yelp right now. I'll be leaving them a positive review and I won't take their service into consideration in the review for "Towing Sunnyvale". I genuinely wonder if I hadn't called a second time if someone would have ever come -- I wonder if they bank on people not calling back and just getting upset and cancelling. Needless to say I won't be using this service ever again. If you need a flatbed tow I highly recommend First Call Towing Service in San Jose. The guy there wasn't able to tow my car since it required a "wheel lift" tow but he was very helpful and didn't charge me a dime for his time.

I set an appointment for 3 pm today. They asked for the security id of my card, said it was their policy so that they can charge a cancellation fee. The driver contacted me around 2 pm to ask if he could reschedule to between 3:30 and 4 pm. I agreed. He never showed. When I called to ask what had happened, they told me that I would be charged a cancellation fee. I'll be contacting the Better Business Bureau tomorrow morning. Do yourselves a favor and tell all your friends to never trust this business. Predatory, mendacious, a threat to the community. P.S. Do not trust Google reviews of this business ... or any business, for that matter.

This service cheated me. I was quoted $35-$85 for a battery jump start service. I thought the range was based on hourly rate. But the service only took 5 minutes and I was still charged $85. I was given no reason for this. I went to the address on the website - there is no business!Service: Battery

Came out and could not jump my battery but still insisted on charging me $85. Agreed to $49 but they insisted on adding a further minimum charge. It was never explained to me when I took the call that even if my battery couldn’t be started they would charge me this. Would never use again.Service: Battery service

Horrible experience, said 45 minutes and never showed up after 1.5 hours, called multiple times and the call center was BSing me with 15 more minutes until I had to cancel, wasted my morning and missing my mechanic appointment. Had to cancel after they did not show up after 2.5 hours of wait.

I was told that the price would be $35 initially and $30 to $85 depending on what is necessary. The guy with an accent could not find my location and had an attitude. Once he found me he demanded I pop the hood. He didn't say hi or thank you. Only thing he asked after the jump was did I pay. It took him less than two minutes to revive my battery and I get charged $135. ripoff.
