Worst dealership ever. Dishonest even by car salesman standards. Avoid at all costs. Especially do NOT use the services of Hasib. Smooth oily salesman.

I had a rude advisor - Adrian. He was condescending to me when I politely declined the 30k service until I researched it further and asked if "I believed in tire rotations then" since I declined the 30k service. I had made an appointment and asked would it really take 2 hours even with an appointment, he was condescending and said they had a lot of customers. In fact, I even waited at the dealership almost 5 hours before my car was ready for pick up. Through out this whole time, I did not receive any updates on when my car would be ready and I had to walk up to his desk to ask for an update. Please note I stayed polite and never yelled or raised my voice. This is not the first time I had a poor experience at this dealership. I reflected on my experience and really did not appreciate how I was treated and will try to take my car elsewhere for service when possible. P.S. I later researched what was required at 30k service, and I definitely did not need the "minimum 30k service package" this dealership priced me at around $1,400. This place is extremely predatory.

just wanted to add that the guy replying to everyone's comments asking to email for rajsingh, is complete BS. I've emailed that account several times over the last two months... no reply. This is simply a PR move. Complete disservice. See the attached photo :)never got a reply.

My car just needed the routine service but I was amazed by the the quick coordiantion and detailed checks performed by the service person that came today. Christine with the pink keyboard is defiantly very helpful and gets the work done in minutes with all the checklist in short time, this is great that saves my time and get the service done quickly . Thank you for an quick service done in an hour today.

I am a loyal Toyota customer, and their service center inevitably tries to charge me for ridiculous things that are not in the maintenance schedule for my car. No, I don't need my inverter coolant changed at 30k, that's a 150k change. They don't seem to understand that the whole point of owning a Toyota is the small maintenance requirements.

I bought my car here. Because of the good experience of purchasing the car here with help of a dealer Luke and the family owned dealer policy, I tried to come this place for my regular services. I even purchased the maintenance package!! The services have been good so far. But I should have read these reviews for the services.I had the worst experience for my last regular maintenance service (11/21/2023).Even though I made a reservation at 10am, I had to wait longer than the estimated time. Because the estimated time was at 2:30pm, I contacted my advisor Crystal at 2:30pm if my car was ready. But she did not answer my texts and my phone call. While I was waiting, I texted her again. Because there was no response at all, I decided to go to the advisor at 4:30pm. She did not explain why it was delayed. My car was ready, but my MPI (multi point inspection) was not ready. The advisor told me that she would email it to me later. And I texted her again, but no response at all. I did not receive it yet.And this made me not trust what the advisor recommended me. At first, the advisor recommended me to do tire alignment, but I told her that I did it before. And the advisor recommended me to do other things. For now, I think that I should not have accepted those recommendations, because I cannot trust what the advisor says. When I submitted a survey, I shared my bad experience. I got a phone call and text from Shawn. At least, Shawn answered my phone call and texts. He told me that he let my advisor to send me the MPI. I checked it three times. But I did not receive the MPI yet.All these worst experiences of poor communication and untrustworthy recommendations and time-consuming service made me not trust the last service and Toyota Sunnyvale. At first when I purchased my car here, I was very satisfied with Luke and family owned Toyota Sunnyvale policies. But now, I am very disappointed in Toyota Sunnyvale!!

Exactly the same experience the service advisor Crystal Ramirez , as shared by Camille Sistoso.I am writing this review as I am sitting in the Toyota service lounge, having already waited 6 hours, just for oil change and alignment. It took one hour for technician’s recommendation to be forwarded to me for approval.Caught her sitting there doing nothing but perfecting her makeup.I have always had car service done here for six years, and it has never been like that. What a shame.

I recently had an experience with Sunnyvale Toyota that I feel compelled to share. My interest was piqued by an advertisement on Car Guru and their site for a Prius listed at $29,000, a competitive price that seemed like a great deal. Motivated by this attractive offer, I contacted the dealership for more information, expecting a straightforward purchase process. However, my experience took an unexpected turn. Upon inquiry, I was informed that the advertised Prius at $29,000 had already been sold. While I understand that vehicles can sell quickly, what followed was disappointing. Instead of offering similar alternatives or apologies for the inconvenience, the dealership immediately attempted to redirect my interest towards a more expensive Prius model priced at $34,000.This switch in their approach left me feeling misled. The significant price difference and the immediate upselling attempt gave me the impression of a bait-and-switch tactic, which I find quite disheartening in a business practice. It raises questions about the transparency and honesty of their advertising methods. In summary, while I cannot speak for everyone's experience at Sunnyvale Toyota, my encounter raises concerns about their advertising and sales tactics. I would advise potential customers to be cautious and confirm vehicle availability and pricing before visiting. This experience has certainly influenced my perspective on the dealership and has made me more cautious about future interactions with them.

Went to this dealership for a scheduled routine PMS including an oil change for my vehicle . We waited for more than 5 hours and didn’t even get a single update from the service advisor Crystal R. the whole time while we’re waiting. I personally felt the customer service was lacking and they need to work on their integrity. I will definitely not come back to this dealership.

[From a long term loyal customer] - Service/Ethics/Professionalism/Empathy - all going downhill. What a downfall at Toyota Sunnyvale Service center in the past 1 year - it used to be a darling of customers.Okay, this is not a rant but a well quantified feedback, I am sure Sunnyvale Toyota will not work on this and move on. I bought my precious SUV from this place, I used to come to this place for my services but this place has gotten worse in the last few years. Here are the following reasons.1. Predatory practices - This has gotten worse and worse over the period of time. Whenever we go for any solution, the sales folks or the front desk guys are busy in selling you something thats very inexpensive outside, at high mark ups. Be it replacing the battery, alternator or filters. Their prices are higher and moreover and its an open loot when it comes to service charge. Can you believe they charged me 900 dollars as service fee for replacing an alternator worth 500 bucks. The death of ethics is here.2. Zero empathy - I took my car here to get fixed the battery, they estimated that the work will be done in next 2-3 business days. Later they told me that the alternator needs a change as well. Now, I qualified for a loaner car. I was made to wait for more than a day to get a clarity here - the next day they called me and made me to sit outside of the office for more than 45 minutes and in lieu of SUV they gave me a hatchback. Pathetic display of brutality here - i kept telling them that I have to fit two car seats and given the height of my kids it will be hard to fit them comfortably. The loaning team shrugged the request as if they don't care. I am sure they had other cars but they wanted to harass me. And they did it successfully.3. They didn't withstand their policies here, kept changing the delivery date and moreover didn't waive off the diagnosis fee as I replaced the parts and got them serviced here in this center. Thats against their rule book - i was told about this in the past that "if you get parts replaced and serviced here - we will not charge the diagnosis fees". Highly unethical.4. In the past services - they claimed that they checked the air pressure. And the very next day i got a warning that the air pressure is not enough. What kind of service was done and this was a charged service. I thought it was an oversight. But i highly doubt that they are doing any services diligently. There are many other factors to not go to this place anymore. Believe me, I was taking their help for almost a decade. I was about to buy my new Toyota Sienna with them. I am moving on - this place and its staff has pissed us so badly and in a way their harassing predatory practices are simply inhumane, there is little to zero value to sticking to him. My friends and families will definitely avoid this place, now onwards. I came here as a result of networking and i will request my network to avoid this place to ensure their money goes in the right place.Don't want to wish them a luck - their review score is self explanatory.

Toyota Sunnyvale is the worst service center I have ever visited. I would never ever comeback to this service center in my life. Even if you happened to visit service center, never visit the advisor named Eric Ochoa.Eric Ochoa, is the worst ever service advisor I have ever seen. He is not so good technically, he is not even good at customer reception. He is also not aware of the Toyota policies well. He is really fit for nothing. He is literally imitating the actions of a customer and made fun behind the back of the customer with his co workers when the customer barely wants to know the status of his car. Shame on Toyota Sunnyvale for having him around. Would you believe it, he estimated for Tire rotation service as 3hrs. On top of it, he has actually delayed it further and made to wait more than 5hrs.

Like other reviewers have said, very predatory. Definitely the last time I go there. Learned they have quotas to meet so ??Went in for a 60k(I’m early), knew that was going to be pricey (my bad for telling the rep I was bracing myself financially). The initial screen she showed me said $2k which I knew it shouldn’t be THAT much. She then “manipulated” some things to bring it down to $1.4k and said she has a 10% discount she could apply. I told her I was expecting more like $1k, she said “Let me add things individually, sometimes that’ll bring the cost down”, went down to $1.1k. She could see I wasn’t super satisfied so I saw her uncheck some boxes and it dropped to under $1k. Already sussed but even more suss? Like all of a sudden there are these 3 items I no longer need??The stuff that was left on, she explained what they all were but to someone who doesn’t know a lot, of course it all seems necessary.Thank goodness I have friends who know better and told me to take off all the excess. Ex. She initially had replace cabin air filter on there but afterwards, the inspection paper said it was still in the green. It definitely did not need replacing.

Visited today around noon with my wife and daughter shopping around for a new SUV, thinking about trading in ours for a new one. From the get go, the sales rep that was hanging out on the lot was apathetic, unmotivated and with no sense of warmth or effort to connect with us. She left us out in the lot for over half an hour "while the car we were trying to see came back from a test drive", then proceeded to only show us used cars, and abandoned us while we were asking her questions for a different group that arrived while she was "helping" us. I believe her name was Amanda. She essentially handed us over to a different man named King, who was a bit nicer, but still no effort whatsoever. He appraised our vehicle quite low, but understandably so to a certain extent since our car is a bit damaged on the exterior.Overall, although they claim to have MSRP or lower prices, the experience was quite disappointing and unpleasant. We will most likely shop somewhere else for our new vehicle.
