UPS should close their service or should improve.. they even don’t know the exact address.. delivering on different address like they are HIGH … I ordered citizen watch $200 cost .. they delivered on other address .. how can they.. and I claimed one lady call me just asked and hanged up .. this is not the way ….

Really horrible customer service, the guy working in the afternoon of 01/31/24 is sarcastic and answers the customer condescendingly. If you don't want to deal with customers or do not have the proper training and attitude to deal with customers, then why work customer service? Answering me as though I know the procedure inside out is not the way. No need for sarcasm. Two stars for convenience of the location.The generic owner's response is just silly so why even bother. Offer mandatory customer service training instead!

UPS is the worst courier service. They dont even bother delivering the package and just say that the customer requested pickup. They didnt even leave a notice and the hours on this center are so limited that it will be so difficult to pick up my package. Avoid UPS at all costs.

Hello,My experience working here has been a trip. Besides as part timers we are forced to work 8 hours with no lunch or last break. I was terminated for feeling sick on Saturday after making an attempt to come in then told I was not allowed to leave the building by Ivette & Gary. We are suppose to get 3 warnings or discipline before being terminated which I remember clearly was in my contract. When I asked to speak to the building manager Johnny he was no help at all. I had a panic attack and was in clear distress I could not breathe at the moment. He told me my opinion on his management team would not change how they run things there nor did it matter and told me the job was not for me without letting me finish what I had to say and that I should be recieving my last check soon (which i have yet to get) now there is more to the story but I'll stop here. I have tried contacting everyone in that building to get a copy of my contract and my time card as well as the actual reason I was terminated (wanting to go home feeling unwell) there has been no answer nor a hr number I can speak to either. I already contacted OSHA as this is really inappropriate behavior by this hub. I'm writing this in hopes the OWNER responding to comments reaches out to me or provides me a phone number i can call. my next steps will be contacting the news and suing.

Not too far from Sunnyvale Costco. If you have to return or refuse an unopened package delivered by UPS, this is the place to do it.

Zero stars for this location. Absolute night mare situation. The management team for this place should take a hard look at the patterns on the rest of the reviews. Your front office guy does not know how to interact with customers. He is just outright disrespectful, rude and even condescending. Please have him go through some sort of training before you put him in-charge.

They say "Customer First", but for a customer center they care very little about the people actually receiving the packages they deliver to. I guess they only really care for the people paying for the packages.I tried to pick up a package from a family member and got stonewalled by their Kafkaesque bureaucracy. They refused to listen to our situation and wasted our entire morning. They couldn't identify actual customer service even if they tried.

AVOID LIKE PLAGUE!!!!!Same problem as many people experience in their reviews. Was expecting my delivery from home, and found the status shows "DELIVERY ATTEMPTED" even though I WAS HOME!!! No knock on the door or ringing of doorbell. How the F can a business be messed up like this?

Customer service was not helpful and the whole UPS system just has you run around in circles when trying to figure out any information about a lost package. They just told me that they couldn't help me and that the sender of the package has to file a claim. They gave me a number for corporate which I imagine will be just as unhelpful. I will never use UPS in the future.

Had to go to this location to mail a package to a business acct. that my Step dad owns. Trust me when I say, “I hope to never have to go here again” The man (can’t even call him a gentleman) that was working today (Oct 11, 2023 at 11ish) was not a very nice man. His lack of customer service skills was so disappointing to be a part of. He made me feel pretty stupid. I was very honest in saying, “I’m new at this and to bare with me.”I didnt have a box to put the items into. I came in with only a name, an address to ship to, and an acct number. Again, new to doing what I was asked. It would have been so much easier to have been walked through the steps with kindness. As there wasn’t anyone waiting behind me. And spoken to with some respect. I can tell you, I’ll never make the mistake of 1. Going in without a box handy and 2. Going to that place if I can help it. He has made a simple situation go badly and very memorable due to his complete rudeness.I’m sorry UPS to have to leave a bad review. But that man needs to “do and be better” Especially if he is in a place where the every day folks have to be greeted by him.
