The older gentleman was VERY helpful in showing me how to use the return kiosk. Great service! And great idea because now I know how to quickly return my packages.

The guy doing it was Knowledgeable albeit a little less impolite. The price is steep, 15$ for a signature, that’s too expensive since most places don’t charge nearly half, I was in a rush and hence paid. Will never visit UPS for notary again.

Manager got upset because I wanted to use the tape on the counter. But he managed to help tape it eventually. Guess it is still a win-win
