Absolutely horrible customer service. I went in to ask about a letter that should have been mailed weeks ago, the man in the counter was absolutely rude. He just said, “too bad, mail gets lost”. He didn’t even try to be helpful. Very disappointing customer service and very disappointed with the mailing system as well.

Certified Receipt (which works with normal letters) not available at night.After typing in full destination + return address at night machine, robot asked if a huge stamp would work on my envelope. Saying no, it asked if two large stamps (~4"x6") would work. Saying no again it gave up. As mentioned above the standard Certified Mail receipt was not available, so I wasted the entire trip, and had togo during business hours and get employee help. No certified receipts out for customers even there, though the employeeshad access to them behind their counter.

The people that work here can be brusque but they're always very capable and know exactly what you need. Efficiency is just what I want from the post office.

Too bad I couldn't give this post office a NO star. They never knock on the door to let you know they need your signature. They just leave a note on the door. I work ay home, so I'm pretty much available to sign for the package. They always do this! They never redeliver the package even when you schedule a redelivery. Their service is beyond horrendous. Need to close or reform this post office!!!

Until now, several letters from me have been lost and I have not received anything. Very important letters, such as a letter from the bank that contained a debit card. Many times they brought me letters from other people with addresses far away from my home. I put them in the mailbox to be delivered to their owners. From now on I will throw the wrong mails in the garbage because it is not my job. Someone who does not feel responsible and is not careful in his/her work should not be given such an important job. Some time ago, I picked up a letter that was a few streets away and delivered it to its owner. Last week, the package containing the medicine sent to me by the pharmacy was torn and the medicine bottle was crushed. I had to go to the pharmacy myself and after half an hour I got the new medicine. Post office performance score is less than zero.

I came in today (June 21, 2023) to mail out my passport renewal documents and went to someone with the name tag Tom (an Asian man, in case that wasn't his actual name tag) to be helped. I asked if there was a longer stapler in the store I could use before mailing the documents because the stapler at home isn't long enough to reach the inside edges of my passport photo to be properly stapled to my renewal form (I had already stapled the outer edge of the photo with 2 staples). Tom took my form paper from me while I was asking if I could use the stapler and started stapling the photo without my consent, despite me repeatedly telling him I would prefer to do it myself. He continued to ignore me as he stapled the photo too far inside the edge. And even after I told him the form requirements said the staples needed to be "as close to the edge of the photo as possible" and asked AGAIN to do it myself for the 2nd and last staple, Tom CONTINUED TO STAPLE in the same incorrect manner while saying that it was fine. I told him afterwards he should have let me do it myself and all I got was a nonchalant "oh sorry". This is the worst case of blatant not listening and ignoring that I've experienced to my face from any worker in any establishment. I should have just taken my form back and printed a new copy but I was in a panic and now I'm just hoping my photo/renewal doesn't get rejected since I already had to get my renewal expedited for international travel. I might just be being paranoid about the renewal application not being accepted, but you can't argue with the dismally poor service that I received from Tom. This is not how someone's important documents should be treated, and not how any person should be treated.

I've had a very satisfying experience at this location period representatives are friendly, eager to help with advice that benefits me. And my packages have been delivered quite fine.

No pics for this review but it's purely for the Saturday female employee (I don't know her name, darn!) because she was great! We were heading out of town and had put our mail on hold, however we needed something that was supposed to be delivered the day we started our hold. I callled USPS customer service and requested a call back (1.5 hrs later) and was told where my mail was being held and the worker at the facility knew I needed the days mails only and still needed to keep the hold for the remainder of my leave. She handled everything on the back end and simply asked if I wanted to keep everything as is. She was smart, competent, and efficient. Please hire more of her!!!!

The usps website says this site has a 24-hour self-service kiosk. Just went there a little before 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday night, and the doors were chain-locked together.

I picked this location to open a PO Box years ago because the post box lobby is opened 24/7. Since the pandemic, the lobby is now closed at 6pm. I get off work at 6pm and no longer can pick up my mail/packages or send packages out. My only option is to go on the weekend which is an inconvenience. Who ever made the decision to close the lobby at 6pm could have chosen 7pm since most people will be off work by 6pm. How is this good for business? They claim this is for safety reason, but the pandemic is over and the hours still have not change. It does not cost extra to keep it open 1 hour later since it does not require an employee to be present. It is important to make sound business decisions that support the community to keep this post office location functional. What is the point of keeping this location open if no one can use it after work? The employees who work here should be advocating for the previous hours. If this location shuts down, where will they go? The changes affect both sides...remember that.

I was at this facility today (7/7/2022) and I was shocked by the lackadaisical service. I was trying to return a package with a prepaid label and was not able to stick the label onto the package. The lady at the counter didn't try to help me with the tape and I couldn't find any to purchase at the section where they usually have them (later on I found it next to the counter). I then had to go to another store to purchase the tape and came back to the post office. By this time there was a longer line and only one person serving the customers. She then rang the bell requesting the original person to come and help and it took several minutes before that person came to help with the long lines. It appears that the first person doesn't want to work or help anyone. Why don't you just quit your job then?

Stopped by here sometime in the late 3pm hour on a weekday to ask if I could get a return label, had all the address info printed out and gave it to them and explained the situation I was in. One of the employees who works here (she was the only one at the counter at the time), a female by the name of "Meng", appeared confused at my request and then straight up said, "We don't do that here.". Strange, since from what I learned, that is possible to get done at a post office. There was no doubt that she didn't want to help me out, was clearly annoyed at my uncommon request, not even offered a "Sorry." and just wanted me out of her way. What pissed me off big time was the reason she couldn't provide a return label when she said, "Don't know if the return label we provide you is going to be used to mail a bomb.". WTF, lady. . . I was done with her after she said that, I ain't wasting any more of my time with this place. Not surprised at all with the negative reviews of the employees here, this is customer service at its worst, for sure.
