I do LOVE the people here!! They go ALL out to make sure all is satisfactory!! I walk in here and it feels like family for me.
I'd like to call out a few peeps that make a differnence to my day and make this World a much better place...
Amrit, David, Chetan, Poonam, Alisha, Nadine, Julie, Terrell, Mo, Celia, Trinh, Raj (when he was working here), Kumar, Aaron, Stephanie, Bryan, Denise... (I know I've missed a few peeps here, sorry... can't remember all the names, but thank you just the same!)
There have been so many instances when i saw how much you truly care - you didn't treat me as a Walgreens Customer, but moreover like a human being, just like family, you treat me with empathy, kindness and care. And it means so so so much to me and countless others!!
Just wanted to say a MASSIVE THANK YOU for making LIFE so much better just by your personalities and your presence!

07AUG2025: It has been so frustrating when trying to obtain CLIPPER (Bay area transit) cards via internet, I discovered that most WALGREENS sells them. So, when cycling West on 82/El Camino Real at about (10:30) this morning , I saw this WALGREENS and had to stop.
I was so extremely pleased that ALICIA was on duty. She not only helped me with selecting the cards out of a rack full of different gift cards, but she easily loaded/activated them. This very capable woman is the epitome of positive energy and always wanting the very best for whoever she is helping. WALGREENS is already a great business (¡although California could authorize VILLAGE MEDICAL to operate alongside them, like Texas does!), and ALICIA makes this fine company even better‼️ THANK YOU, Alicia & Walgreens

Hands down the worst and dirtiest pharmacy I've been to. The entire store was forced to shut down and stop selling items due to some kind of mold outbreak. I never imagined this was possible. This place will make a healthy person sick.
Pharmacy staff are rude and loud. There's a glass barrier between the pharmacy staff and the customer. So they make you yell out your name, address, and date of birth in front of all other customers.

The Pharmacy sucks! I guess I'll try to look for somewhere else BUT it's the closest. You have to outweigh the horrible customer service, the language barrier, and long wait times, against distance. Sometimes it's a hit or miss and you never know!

The pharmacy here is horrendous. If you call before your pick up and they say it is ready at what ever time, show up then, 15 more minutes. Ready now? 15 more minutes. THEY CALL YOU and say your prescription is ready for pick up? Ya, 15 more minutes.
Literally the only reason we keep using this pharmacy is because it is walking distance and that means the world when you have sick kiddos.
Just don't go there expecting your prescription to ever be ready when you finally get to the front of the line.

Terrible disorganized place. I took a flu shot approximate and they messed my appointment. Not only that they asked me to wait for 45 mins. Appointments have no meaning at this shop

I've been using this pharmacy for years and it's hit and miss. There is typically a line with only one person working and often get caught behind someone getting a vaccine. I called to ask why only half of my prescription was available and was told it was out of stock. I had a question about another and the pharmacy manager Bryan told me he was busy giving Covid shots and wasn't going to stay on the phone, told me to do what he said and then hung up on me. This is horrible service, unprofessional, and I still don't have my prescriptions. If you can, go somewhere else.

The outside is currently under construction so it wasn't clear that it was open at first, but Carmen and Terrell out in pharmacy are complete rock stars. They went above and beyond and even helped me figure out some prescription issues and redirected me to the next pharmacy with adequate stock due to my short timeline for an upcoming trip. Thanks, all!
