Rude Cashier. Just as I placed merchandise I was about to buy, this cashier lady just left looking and didn't bother saying anything. This terrible store is the SUNNYVALE, CALIFORNIA WALGREENS on Mary Ave. And Fremont where the cashiers are not trained or professional. However, the SANTA CLARA WALGREENS a few miles away is a good Walgreens to shop at.

I rarely write reviews and even more rarely bad ones but this store deserves it richly.I ordered a print there and was given a pick-up time, when I showed up 2 hours after that indicated time I was met by the most unmotivated staff member you can imagine. She shuffled around the photo department for a few minutes and then told me that the print wasn't ready, that the pick up time I was given is merely a suggestion and not an actual guarantee that the order is actually ready for pick-up then. I asked her to print it right now and her response was "I don't know how to do that". She told me that she could not tell me when the print would be ready and that they wouldn't call me when it was ready and that I should call them to find out. That was yesterday, I have been on the phone to try and connect with them for 30 minutes now. Nobody in the photo department is picking up and when I ask other staff members to check into the order and ask them NOT to connect me to the photo department because nobody is picking up, they connect me to the photo department and I am in the endless waiting loop again.I have been going to this store for years, not anymore. They couldn't care less about customers.

The customer service here is so terrible it's sad. Especially the photo area. He had no clue where photos were even located or what was printed. Couldn't find the photos.. when they were right there the whole time. Couldn't find the order. It's very sad what poor quality of service is here.

0 stars for the pharmacy. You can drive from San Jose , wait 20 mins in line and still be on hold on the phone. They refuse to fix their understaffing issues.

used to be a pretty good store, but lately getting prescriptions from this store is a like being in a 3rd world country. Lines are ridiculous and they dont answer phone in pharmacy. Walgreens.. I get that the pandemic was tough on all businesses, but Walgreens corporate leadership hasnt done squat to address employee pay and or satisfaction so that they can keep customers happy.

Today I asked Oksana at the cash register where the powder household cleansers (for example Comet brand or Ajax brand or Bon Ami brand) are located. She said that all of the cleansers are in the same aisle. I told her I looked in the aisle where the brooms are located but couldn't find anything there. She said "Do you want me to show you?". I said "Yes". She took me to the aisle that I had already checked. I told her again I couldn't find anything there. I asked her if we could ask another employee. We returned to the register. She pointed to another employee that was about 10 yards away and told me to ask him. I said "Can you please call him over?". Instead of calling him over for me she told me that I can just go ask him. I asked him and he said all of the cleansers are in the same aisle. I asked him to show me where. He took me to the same aisle I had already checked. I asked him again if there are any powder household cleansers in that aisle. He said that if they carry it that it would be in that aisle but he didn't actually look for me. He told me that if I don't see it then they don't have it. I returned to the cash register to pay for my other things. I asked Oksana what the name of that man was. She said Rahul (sp?). I asked her to spell it for me. She said that I should go find him and ask him myself. Needless to say, it was an extremely disappointing customer service experience. Oksana and Rahul were not very interested at all in being helpful.

Ok Walgreens. Just be aware they closed down photos services and passport photos. They don't have enough staff anymore, so I was told they've had to close down photos services. Hopefully they'll update their website so customers know to try a different location for photos. Really eel bad for this store. Their very thin on staffing and you can tell the staff are feeling exhausted.

Had to drive here to develop some quick photos. CJ was super attentive at the photo lab and was quickly able to help when I had trouble uploading my photos. We were able to get our photos timely. I would totally come back here again.

Just left Walgreens after wonderful service from Judith in the photo department. This isn't the first time she has helped me out because I'm so clueless but she is so patient and she is very knowledgeable of what has to be done to correct an issue with the photos. I hope she and Mary both get a good pat on the back for being such great customer service ambassadors for Walgreens! Five stars!

The customer service is good, and I like come here and see all seasons the seasonal department.But the most important thing is that I found many interesting and functional things here, for example I bought 4 years ago One Flexible Water Bottle super cheap in $1.50USD and it works perfectly no leaks, easy to clean and better than others like Contigo bottles for kids because this in comparison are expensive and leaking after a month.I hope Walgreens still selling "Smash Food Movers" products!

This place is horrible and has been getting even worse every year. None of the workers could care about their jobs, which is fine, unless you're waiting 20 min to pick up a prescription and some crazy women is having a meltdown at the counter. Workers here will just look at you with glazed over eyes whenever you ask a simple question. Workers can't handle anything above and beyond the norm, and they can't be bothered to help with simple tasks. The recent break ins and thefts have made this, once good, store - into something that belongs in the ghetto. I've heard rumblings of this place getting shut down, and I cannot wait for it to be.

Deserves negative stars. Everyone at this pharmacy is an incompetent, entitled, and inept sack of s**** They'll hold your medication in one hand while dealing with another customer. They'll tell you to wait 30 minutes but not be even be ready by then! Then you'll come back 30 minutes later and they still won't be ready! Everyone at this pharmacy deserves to be shot, stabbed, sodomized, and replaced with actual competent professionals who care about your health and your time. This department is f****** disgusting. If you're reading, this, f*** you.
