I had stood by Wells Fargo for over 20 years, but today I am done. The broken processes with my mortgage and fees on checking account when I told there would not be any fees since we have a mortgage with them, has put me at my wits end. Closed one account today, few more to follow and I will refinance somewhere else. Then on top of the that, the customer service agent that was working told me she was late to lunch, so I left and told her I would figure it out on my own. Bye bye Wells Fargo.
